I called Blooms on short notice to get 2 floral arrangements and they TOTALLY came through for me, and the arrangements were Beautiful! I wanted two different arrangements so i sent them pictures of what i wanted. One was heart shaped and the other was a flower foundation for something to sit on. let them know your price range and they will set something up with you.. I LOVE BLOOMS!

Really nice shop and very friendly. Very down to earth. Beautiful flowers and they make a really nice arrangement, I mean I was blown away with how the flower girl made a little bit of tissue paper and string turn into something VERY presentable to give to my boss for her birthday. Really gave my gift that extra touch when I thought I was going give just 3 flowers in a vase.

I called them Friday and left a message for the manager. No call back. I have pictures of arrangements I was trying to get made for a baby shower. Called again and was told “we don’t have an email address for you to send pictures to”. I asked to speak to the manager and after being on hold for 11 minutes, I was disconnected. Bad customer service!

Blooms provided a very beautiful arrangement for my wife on very short notice. One of the flowers that I knew she would want in the arrangement was unavailable to them at the time, and they were kind enough to ask if it was ok to substitute another similar flower in its place. Large selection, fresh flowers three times a week. Ive never bought anything pre-made, but Ive seen Bloom s arrangements and they look pretty decent. In my opinion, it s the best place in CDM to buy fresh flowers if you like to arrange them yourself.
