I had asked for them to call before delivery so that the flowers were not left on the porch. It was a hot day, and flowers should always be delivered TO someone, not left at the door. What is the point of delivering flowers? They were left on the porch. They look sloppy and spilled over. They were not a floral display, but a bunch of flowers shoved in a vase that looked disheveled and "just left" on the doorstep. There was nothing special about this bouquet or this delivery. For $60 I would expect, and SHOULD expect better. I am sorry that this floral shop thinks this is how you do business and that someone would value their product with such lack of attention to details and personal service.

Lovely employees and great service overall. Had many options of floral arrangements displayed and varation of colors just in case you needed an arrangement the day of (as I did). Had a color chart that displayed words that are associated to each color which I thought was very clever. Definitely see myself coming to Flower Lane from now on, was not disappointed and would recommend it to friends, family, etc. If you would like to support a family business, this is the place to do so. Note: Make a turn on Kingsley so you could park in the back (safer and more privacy than parking directly on Garey Ave.)

I been coming to Flower Lane since 2010 and they have the best costumer service. They have done last minute flower arrangement for me and the flowers have last me for 2 weeks or more. They have great quality flowers at good reasonable price as well. The flowers there have a wonderful sent. The Flower Lane also have a large verity of flowers. I definitely would recommend this flower shop for anyone coming for weddings, birthdays, anniversary, funerals, get well soon, mothers days, valentines, For love ones and just because.

I love coming to Flower Lane Florist. Ive ordered from them every mothers day and valentines day for years. They are the perfect hole in the wall flower shop, where they lack in space they make up with super friendly smiles and the desire to please. They know me by name and always work with me and my budget, always providing work that I trust and my recipients admire. My favorite order was made from Afghanistan while deployed and my mother loved it. Try them out once and youll fall for their charm and individual service.

Phenomenal service. I went in and shared a picture of what I wanted and the owner walked me through all my options and quoted me at a very reasonable price per centerpiece. When I picked them up I was soooooooooooo impressed. They were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. Truly gifted and talented!!! update : ordered another arrangement for my mothers birthday in Feb and the flowers were amazing and lasted for more than week!

This place surprised me big time. It may look small from the outside but it is actually pretty big once you go inside. This place has a very comforting atmosphere; everything feels right. Their flowers are gorgeous; They are always fresh and not to mention the prices are very reasonable. If there is nothing that catches your eye or if you cannot decide on a design they will help you and most importantly have patience.

We needed to order flowers for a funeral last minute; like the night before the service. I was doubtful that they would be able to accommodate . No sooner did I send my request they called me an assured me they would be able to deliver by the service time at 10:30am. The Plant we ordered was beautiful! They have really great arrangements and they have always been very helpful in helping me decide on what flowers to pick for certain occasions. Met and surpassed my expectations. The recipient was extremely impressed and happy with the arrangement. Looked, smelled great and wete very fresh flowers. I ordered just before 5 pm day before, requested 11 am delivery next day and it was delivered before 11 am. (Awesome service)! Very beautiful arrangement! Would definitely use them again!

I have been coming to this fine establishment for about two years and every time I deliver the flowers to my mother,aunt, and girlfriend they have loved the flowers. I called at 3 pm to get flowers delivered for my wife. It was an Im sorry for being a jack*** arrangement. I was there in an hour, beautiful from all sides. My wife was ecstatic. Great design, and 5 days later is still enjoying the flowers and the sentiment is sent. Highly recommended. Thanks Jim

We recently used Flower Lane for some flower crowns for our horses, which participated in the 2017 Rose Parade. We called them on late notice and they put together a product that was beautiful and well built. The wreaths lasted the whole parade inspite of the horses trying to eat them.
