I tried to call in the order, but the lady didnt understand. I had repeated names and my informations including my credit card numbers 4-5 times, she still didnt get it. I went there to place the order, they were very small shop with one small flower cooler, what a disppointment. I also found out that they didnt make the arrangement on site, it was brought in from another place. She didnt have much flowers on stock either. When I asked to change the flower that was wilting in an arrangement, she refused. Most of her flowers in the cooler was not as fresh as I had seen at another flowershops. Very limited variety of flowers on stock. I would never go there. I rather buy from place where they make their own flower arrangement on the premise, NOT bring it from else where. I would definitely look for the star ratings before I place my order!

Have ordered flowers for delivery from here a number of times and have been very very impressed. Great interaction on the phone, really beautiful arrangements without a lot of direction (her coworkers were all jealous), and really fast delivery. Highly recommend these guys.
