Horrible customer service. I signed up for a cake decorating class, which I needed on that particular day because I was asked to make a cake for an important event the following week. Had to go to that location because the only place I could find in time. I ordered all the supplies, planned my whole week around the class (Friday night, so I missed out on any other plans, like going out to dinner with my husband) baked my cake to take, showed up for the class, waited half an hour, and had to go find someone to help me. A worker said they canceled the class, and that "someone" had called everyone. She said they canceled because "you and your two daughters were the only ones coming." Um, I dont have two daughters that I was bringing to the class! So that was it...no apologies, no nothing, just "she said she called you." No one called! I planned a week around this, drove a considerable distance, waited for half an hour, and then was told it was canceled. Not cool!!! And no apologies. I would have found somewhere else to take lessons had I known in time. Wow, Michaels, you sure go that wrong. #fail

We needed to buy fabric paint for a project, but they did not allow us because we had to be 18 years of age. Cashier was also very rude and was in a rush. We went to Walmart after and bought the exact same brand of fabric paint and colors for a cheaper price, but we did not have to be 18 years old at Walmart. Very disappointed in Michaels. So much for "helping crafters of all ages". Waste of our time!

The best thing about Michaels is that there are always coupons available to use. I actually went in to purchase something with a 55% coupon off a regular priced item, but it turned out it was already on sale so I couldnt use the coupon. Works for me. They also have a bargain bin in the front that have quite a few cute craft items.

If your looking for any painting supplies or arts and crafts supplies you can probably find what you need here at Michaels. The staff are great and usually are quick to point me in the direction I need to go. The prices are fair and as long as I have my receipt Ive never had any issues returning anything I did not use.

This used to be my favorite Michaels but right before the remodel it seemed they got new management and employees and they are not helpful they are not friendly theyre actually very rude. Sometimes I dont even wanna ask a question because I feel like Im bothering them its too bad because they do have a great store.

Not long ago this store underwent a major facelift inside and out. It is a lot more thoughtfully laid out, and items are easier to find. However, there never seems to be enough staff at the registers and lines can get out of control at busy times.

Good craft supply store. Came in here looking for gravel or something to cover a decorative potted plant, and found some cool broken-up shells that will look very nice to cover the soil in a pot of succulents.
