I had great service the whole time I was there except when I was leaving. The ladies at the fabric table were amazing & tried to help me get a 20% but we were having trouble so they told me when i got to the cashier to let her know so she could help me. I got to the checkout counter to leave & i told the lady that we were having an issue. She said "there is nothing I can do about it" with an attitude. I told her ohh well the ladies in the back told me to let you know so you could help me figure it out. Then she said "No if you cant get it then I cant help you, i am the store manager & i know what Im talking about, if there is no Barcode I can not scan it" & she moved the scanner by my phone in a sarcastic way. So i said okay nevermind. I paid & was waiting for my receipt & she gog on her headset & decided to yell at the lady at the cutting table & she was yelling at the wrong lady. Then when she was giving me my receipt she didnt even let me grab it, she let my receipt drop & waved for the next costumer. The employees were great, all of them greeted me and assisted me, but the Store Manager was So Unprofessional.

Janet! She has the worst customer service attitude. She has no problem showing her disdain for helping customers. Impatient, unwilling to help, rolls eyes without provocation. People come into that store needing help when they take on diy projects. Hearing her tell a customer that waited in line to have material cut, "dont you know that polyester didnt exist in those days?" (In reference to an adult toga party), is just beyond the bounds of necessity at a fabric counter. Love this store avoid Janet at all costs. Literally responded with "I am just beyond caring at this point," when I tried to swat a fly out of her hair. I told her, "you have a nice night!"

I needed to find something small quickly. I called the store, the phone was answered quickly and my question was answered quickly. Luckily I was able to get into the parking lot and park quickly, I approached a checkout clerk and she directed me to what I want and I found it quickly. I went back to check out and the line was 18 people deep. It quickly became clear that I was not going to get out of there quickly. So I put my items down and left the store quickly. No sale. Fail

drove nearly an hour for a fabric that was supposedly in stock and when I got there I couldnt find it. associates were no help at all and a bit rude. The lady who was working the viking area was extremely rude to my husband when he tried to take a seat to wait. people like that should not be working customer service. this is my first and last visit to this store. I will stick to the ones in my area which I frequent a lot and have exceptional customer service.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my wife. This place was packed! Everyone who we asked questions of was helpful. But if youre planning on coming here around this time, you need to be prepared to wait. The line took us probably 20 minutes to get checked out. They only had two clerks for awhile before some backup came. If theres a line with 20+ people in it, thats unacceptable! Get more people on the floor, Jo-Ann!

I always come here! There are always great coupons online or you can sign up to get them in the mail. Patterns are usually on sale at least once a month. Its a super cool store. The lines do get long though. There are usually only one or two registers open for everyone in the store. The employees are very knowledgeable and are willing to help with projects.

I went to your store on my work lunch hour. I stood in line for 30 minutes today since you only had one Register open. Yesterday the same one Register open waited 15 minutes in line. Not acceptable. Love the store not the long wIt to buy something

One of the biggest Jo-Anns in Orange County. I like going there since there is much more to choose from since it is much bigger. Also like all the coupons they offer as well. Staff has always been so nice all the times I have ever gone there.

I hate this place because my wife always wants me to go with her. Nothing to do or see for the male species. Get me out of here! There has to be a bar so we can chill while the wives shop.....or a fire range so I can blow my brains off! Lol

Great selection, helpful staff and coupons. Lots of Coupons available on your phone or tablet or which ever electronic device you have. Always check the main website for coupon and specials before you head to JoAnns it is worth the time.

this place is the poormans version of Michaels. Bad customer service (never knowing where anything is at), lack of stocking popular items, and poor store layout. Go to Michaels, you wont regret it.
