Love this store! Always has what I am looking for with a great price. The workers are friendly and helpful which is hard to find now a days. My only complaint is with a female manager that was working today (I will not call her out by name) was stand offish to a customer who asked where the restroom was. She pointed and said "There." when the customer thanked her she did not acknowledge her. Then latter when I was standing in line the manager was buying something on her way out but occupied the cashier with what he should be doing after she leaves. I felt this was very unprofessional and will sully the great customer service that has always been provided.

Hobby Lobby is where craft supplies goes to die. Not in the morbid sense but they just have everything. If Joanns or Micheals stop selling a certain item, come here and youll find 5 different variations of it. Its nice that they have home decor as well as craft supplies for those who just want to spruce up their home in a personal way. They have everything from cowboys to classic cars to sparkly princesses to french cafes to whatever floats your boat. Not to mention everything is always on sale, so you leave feeling pretty happy even if it was probably normal priced anywhere else. Just walking into this store gets your creative juices flowing.

Always an awesome experience!!! Always greeted at the the door with a sincere friendly smile...and NOT the fake scripted greeting in many stores we all cant stand! And if I need help someone is ALWAYS nearby either asking first or answering my questions. And when you call the store its ALWAYS answered by a real person right away who transfers you to a real person to give you the information you seek!!! Never shop anywhere else now for my craft needs!!

I came here with someone else the other day. I would not have come here on my own. I just have to say that as far as what they have in the store it is mind-boggling. The store is so big and they have so many items, you can spend all day in there and still keep discovering new stuff. However, and I dont mean to turn this review political, this company was involved in a very controversial Supreme Court decision. thus, I cannot give an accurate review.

I was sad when Pearl Art Supply closed down a few years ago in the parking lot across the street. But wow, what a treat to have a Hobby Lobby here in Huntington Beach. For those who like to sew, bead, knit, collage, woodwork, upholster, scrapbook, etc I think it bears a close resemblance to heaven... except you have to pay for stuff. Customer service is great, and you can always get coupons online. Yay Hobby Lobby!

Love Hobby Lobby but the woman manager who stands at the front of this store is horrid. Every time Im at the check out register while shes working she makes some sort of comment about how Im so young or asks if Im with my mother.....Im in my mid-twenties..?? Also, there is always parents who allow their children to run through the isles and kids screaming in here. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.

Loooove love Hobby Lobby! This store is pretty awesome! The store is organized beautifully with each home decor theme being placed in the same area...want a sports theme? a princess theme?...its all in the same aisle. Love the Christian vibe and gifts! Its an Oohh Ahhh kind of store..because thats what youll be saying when you see all they have.

It was my first time going to Hobby Lobby yesterday, and boy did I underestimate the size of the store. I wanted to get this tall, wire stand, and an employee happily removed it from its place and took it up to the register for me. I really appreciate everyones good attitude and upbeat energy!

Large craft and hobby store that also has party supplies, lots of decor items, fabric, seasonal items, and even furniture. They have helpful employees to help you navigate the large store. They have many sales and their clearance prices are outstanding. They are closed on Sundays.

I was in HL a few minutes ago the cashier Melissa was so rude to TWO guess ahead of me. I was more shocked she was fine with the attitude with the manager Jen. They were very mean to an older lady who was confused and another lady returning something they over priced her on.

Prices are that much better than Michaels unless you use the 40% on the site. I wish employees were more knowledgeable about the product they sell or at least know what they have and dont have. I dont even bother asking for help anymore.

Your can find all your craft stuff you need in one place and if they are out of stock they will order it for you and I got a call back in two days saying my items were in stock .
