This Michaels is not one of the best ones but its good if you know exactly what you want and already have a good idea where to find it. Ive gone to this store at least 20 times and any time Ive needed help its hard to find someone and when I have theyre not very helpful or very friendly. I have however gotten good service from 3 cashiers who helped me get the best price for what I was buying and because of that I return to this store when I know what Im needing and not needing allot of help. You wont find a good selection of certain craft supplies at the Buena park store like you do at other Michaels stores.

Staff is RUDE! I walked in and the lady told me we are closed 5 mins before closing time I needed one thing and knew right where to go I told her is they were closed then the door should be locked. She told me I needed to come back. I went back the day and tried to use coupons only to be told that everything I bought was not able to have coupons applied when my mom purchase the same items just ahead of me and they worked for her. I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to Fullerton from here out. This Michaels SUCKS!

One of the cleaner ones for being near a dollar tree. Some employees are lazy and rude. Half of them dont know what the items your talking about. One of the managers kept talking to a coworker over me as i was asking a question to Find something. Then they kept starring at my husband, trying to see if he had something in his pockets. Sont get it, they dont want to help but worried about thieves?

I was making something as a wedding anniversary gift and came here to get one of the little wooden boxes they sell you can paint or decorate or whatever. Three different employees asked if I needed anything. One was very creative and found an item I could adapt to my project. I was really impressed with this store overall. It was also really nice AC in there on a hot day.

Clean and well organized, some products are a little more expensive than say what might be at Wal-Mart across the street. But you have better quality and far more options for specialty items than most other stores. If you have a special project or a certain quality which you want to show off. Then start with this place. You get what you pay for.

Always a good place to go to buy art supplies, hobby items etc.. Almost anything to might need for crafting is here. I can be a little difficult to find someone to help you, but once you track them down they are great. You can get framing done here and they offer good discounts if you use their mobile app or are signed up for their flyers.

Michaels can be pretty pricey but if you look for good values & have coupons, then youll come out on top. Flowers, frames, artistic supplies of any medium are always expensive so store coupons are the way to go. They also have many items under $5 for all ages that are fun to do Also.

I love, love Michaels. Theyve got a huge selection of beautiful beads, findings, and supplies, that keep me in that section a long time, trying to decide which ones to buy every shopping spree. Theyve got a huge selection of yarns, looms, & other supplies as well.

Clean store... well stocked. Employees are very helpful. The sales are usually very good. I like to buy the decorated boxes when they are on sale from 40 to 75 percent off. I am an artist so I also buy my art supplies. Restrooms are always clean.
