I love this Micheals. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to fj d something for you. The lines can be long at times, but come on... Its Michaels. Luckily, I always find what I need in stock, so I dont have any experience with out of stock situations. I do know that you can make returns/exchanges with online items :) I give them five stars for the awesome service and cleanliness :)

Prices are a little high.Alot of the people that work at this particular store , dont seem to know very much about anything that has to do with crafts, of any kind. On other occasions Ive ask them something & they look at me like I have 2 heads, they dont have a clue!

Great store to get everything you need...but never go if you are in a rush. Only one or two cash registers are ever open and not a lot of floor help...you are pretty much on your own exploring the store for yourself or stuck asking another customer.

This Michaels is great. Ive been to many of their locations and this is by far my favorite. Their employees are all very kind and always make sure to greet you. The layout of their store is very easy to figure out and it is always well organized.
