The first time I came here I was left with a bad taste in my mouth, today I decided to give them another chance and I was highly disappointed. The cashier was beyond rude. I grabbed a couple of items and was under the impression that they were 50%. When I went to pay the cashier rudely let me know that they were not. I told her that where the items were there were various signs that stated "50% off" she then proceeded to speak to me as if I was illiterate saying that if I would have read I would have seen that it was a specific brand that was on sale. I understand that it was an honest mistake on my behalf but she had no right to speak to me as if I was stupid. What made matters worse is that the line of 2 customers I waited in took over 10 minutes, the manager kept having conversations with the cashier which delayed the entire process. Coming from working in customer service the customer comes first and any unnecessary side talk should be left for break time. Although the selection is wide at hobby lobby I will stick to michaels where the cashiers are always friendly.

Saturday, 30 minutes before they close, the worker cleaned the bathroom and blocked off the entrance. One of the cashiers asked if they will be done soon, and the worker inside said yes, so cashier asked me to wait a bit. 10 minutes passed and finally some face showed up, and saw someone waiting to go to the bathroom. They came up and said, its 15 minutes before we close, and the bathrooms are clean. but they wont open the entrance. I asked if Im supposed to go somewhere else, the guy said, yes, furniture store is next door, or you can go Walmart. Very rude. Wont ever go into this one again!!! If I knew I was supposed to go somewhere else in the beginning, I wont waste my time waiting at the entrance to hear the rude guy say that to me!

The person who mentioned it was like Wal-Mart is telling the truth unfortunately I cut my finger on broken glass only to be ignored as I bleed everywhere while" employees" just where just standing around talking to each other like nothing. They waited a while to get me one bandaid but sent to most skittish guy to "assist" me. He had no idea of what to do he looked freaked out so of course I left without making a purchase. This happened a few months ago ive yet to go back, probably never will. Really really unprofessional idiots.

This place is just like Wal-Mart!!!!!! They DONT CARE care about their EMPLOYEES!!! Plus, they Do Not Open on Sundays!!! The single (and last) time, I walked in, I was not able to get help from an associate because they were all in the front (apparently they were all "Cashiers" and thats what they couldnt help me on the floor) telling each other stories and laughing. I will NEVER EVER WALK IN OR SHOP IN HOBBY LOBBY!!!!!

I love Hobby Lobby and everything it stands for. I received great customer service. The store was nice the staff was great. Wish there was one closer to my house. I also respect the fact that they are closed on sunday. A time for employees to spend time with their families and honor God if you desire. AWESOME PLACE.

One one the workers was rude to me. It was the manager. She acts like she owns the place. Does not treat the customer with respect. I tried on a pair of sunglasses to show my son and she told me that I could not be walking around with the sunglasses on. How rude. Will never shop here again.

This store has everything you need for whatever hobby you decide on. They have a large collection of jewelry and material for clothes or blankets. This store is awesome just to walk around in and they have a lot of craft kits to do with the kids.

I love Hobby Lobby, they have such a variety of items. I do think that the staff should reach out to the customer more, they see you looking for something and if you dont go to them they dont help. Just a little can I help you gos a long ways.

I went to Hobby Lobby to find art framing services. I read the complaints listed here but went anyway. Every employee I encountered was friendly and very helpful, a complete opposite of what I had read. I will continue shopping there.

Love love love this store! I could be in this store all day and not tire of it! Great prices, great selection of merchandise. If you are a crafter or a quilter or just want stuff to decorate you house, this is the store to go to.

Supposedly the store closes at 8:00pm but they start herding you towards the exit at like 7:45pm. I know they close at 8:00pm and I know the workers want to go home as soon as possible, but that is not good customer service.

Im a crafty person. Hobby Lobbys is a One-Stop shop. You can get every kind of craft here. From wedding items, paintings , baking furniture and much more. You could be in there for hours wonderful place to visit.

A crafters paradise! This store is like Michaels and JoAnns all rolled in to one and offers so much more. Keep in mind this is a Christian owned company so they are closed on Sundays.
