Asked two questions to the employee there. He couldnt answer because he needed the manager for confirmation. It took 40 minutes just for the worker to get the manager aside and talk to him for 10 seconds. Not only were the answers he had given not satisfying but he could not make any exceptions for letting me purchase the empty cardboard display case with purchasing multiple items that many stores in my location had just throw away as they sold more product and it looked empty so they had no use for it. The employees were like robots and the manager could barely take any precious time off his hands to answer to simple questions. I will not be returning to this barnes & noble again.

Since when has common courtesy been eliminated from customer service at B&N? When a customer says "thank you" is it now Corp policy for employees to reply with rudeness such as, "yeah sure or yeah ok" and not , "your welcome or my pleasure" ? I highly think its time your corporation makes it mandatory HR classes on common courtesy when addressing customers. Im sorry, this HAS to start from the top down. Your site wont allow me to , not choose a no star status. This also needs to be addressed

Gorgeous and extremely spacious B&N. Location offers plenty of books and music. Has lots of toys and board games as well. This place has 2 stories. It is location in the Bella Terra shopping mall which is very affluent. Parking is alright, there are plenty of spaces but it can get a little crowded so you may have to park a bit further out. I reserved a copy of kygo Cloud Nine cd here and was delighted to come buy it.

This is one of the largests B&N Ive been to (outside of TX). Staff can be hit or miss when you need help finding something however. Theyll either help you search the store or just point to a computer and tell you to look it up and walk away. Other than that the store is always stocked and busy. It is also connected to a Starbucks so you can buy a beverage and enjoy a good book!

Ive been to this B&N a few times. I would usually give out 3 stars to each location, but this one was clean without books scattered all over the floor. I havent had problems finding books or with the cashiers. Parking next to B&N might be tough to find, but you could always just walk a little further.

Great experience, the manager was really friendly and helpful. You could tell that she really loved her job and working with people. Sorry, I wish I could remember her name. However, I did purchased the Barnes and Noble membership- only because I wanted her happiness to rub off on me :)

Used to be my favorite location, but since Bella Terra opened years ago, theyve become less friendly to the customers. Its still a good bookstore, but where before they welcomed people spending time there, the new attitude seems to be "buy your stuff and get out".

Lots of parking, Starbucks location inside, organized, and clean. Looks like every other B & N. Although, excited to see the revamped version when the bar goes in. Probably order a martini and forget about buying or reading a book.
