There is a woman here who may or may not be one of the managers. I am a regular and Barnes and Noble member, who has spent more than enough money at this store. Whenever she is there, she harasses people about buying drinks if they want to sit down at the Cafe. I understand where she is coming from, but today, she literally picks up my drink, which I just finished, shakes it around and rudely tells me I must buy another one or she will have to ask me to leave. (Seriously) She is completely unprofessional and a disservice to this Barnes and Noble. However, the actual people who work at the Cafe are always friendly and quick with service, which is why I would give it 3 stars instead of 1.

great to see a bookstore in general. There arent many bookstores around but its a treat to see a barnes and noble still standing at various locations. The joy of being able to sit down on a chair or bench and read some novels is definitely a treat. Not to mention that there are cafes inside the barnes and nobles so you can both read and enjoy a cup of joe and some treats. The one thing about this B&N is that its very unorganized. I wish I knew what I was looking for. I couldnt find calendars and there was limited staff. I had to look on my own to find certain things.

While I typically stick to digital content nowadays, Barnes & Noble usually does the trick when I need to have to feel paper between my fingers. In addition to the very large book selection, there are plenty of CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and board games to suit your needs on the lower level. Though I wish their in-store vinyl selection was larger, the staff is always happy to order an item for you to the store. The Starbucks cafe is also conveniently located if you need a little caffeine with your read.

Since the Amazon domination it is harder and harder to find brick and mortar bookstores. Barnes and Nobel for me had been the standard for what a bookstore should be. Its quiet except by the Starbucks they have inside. There are a couple of places where you can sit and read. They have a huge selection and with a staff that know how to help you find what it is that you need. No one ever harasses you to go but something and you can come and go as you please.

Rude employee. When I look for books on the bottom shelves, I always sit on the floor (for the past 10+ years?). I mind other customers and make sure I am not in way of any people traffic. I was sitting in the Art section in the corner, with no one around me. I was told rudely by an employee "you cant sit on the floor." I thought it was uncalled for when I could have politely been asked once you choose a book please sit in that section.

I rarely pick up a book to read, but walking through this B&N makes me want to pick one up. There is plenty of reading material, they have Starbucks, and youre at Fashion Island. The most beautiful outside mall in CA. B&N has a food court next door if you want more seating after purchasing your book. Id rather take an ocean view though.

Went Into this place slow business and was waiting for partners clerk pressured Me for business and asked me to leave if not ordering immediately. Very rude and not deserving my patience or business. Dont shop here for long not many people do.

Large location - two floors with an escalator in the store. Since many Barnes and Nobles seem to be reducing inventory it is great to see that they have everything from the full selection of magazines to biographies and blank journals.

OK, if you want to find your favorite book and have a cup of coffee as your family do their shopping. This is a good place to stay. They have a fairly good selection of the best sellers.

Two story location with almost every book youll need here, but not as large as other locations. Customer service is solid. This place is usually pretty quiet.

Decent selection of books. Crappy wifi and almost nowhere to plug in a laptop. B&N is the last of the bookstores, which is sad.
