Terrible service!!! I didnt give one star only because of one guy, named Philip. He was the only one doing something there as fast as possible and trying to figure out the line of 20 people. Theres definitely something wrong with the management. He tried to ask girls to help him but didnt get much... Girls were moving super slow. One of the answers to him was "what? Who are you?" - this came out from one older blonde lady with kind of long hair she was holding some folder, looked like a manager.... Unfortunately I didnt catch her name. That was so unprofessional!!! I told her maybe she should help to figure out the situation... she said "I gotch ya!" and disappeared in the back room. Nice! I ended up ordering something quick couse I knew it will take them a while. Whoever is higher than this awful management, if you want to change this location for better one, you consider to have Philip as a manager!!! Or just anybody, but not this!

Coming from the much busier Bay Area, I found this Starbucks very cozy, quiet and very slow at 5:45pm on a Sunday. There were more cars in the drive-thru than the number of customers waiting for their orders inside. Being one of the few customers inside the restaurant, I imagine I had a very low priority as my order for a single Flappuccino took more than 5 minutes. Perhaps slowness is the lifestyle in this small town. But, it would be a very nice and cozy place for a group gathering, to get some work done or just sitting around.

Been here many times, and it seems better lately - some new and very friendly staff, and they seem to listen better when you want something a certain way, which I really appreciate. They do get slammed with tour buses stopping sometimes, and that is unpredictable for them - I dont think the bus drivers are calling ahead to let them know they are coming, so of course if thats the case, you are going to get slow service during those times. They recently remodeled and did not add a bathroom - kind of a mystery there...

If this wasnt the only coffee place on our route & we werent running late then I would have NEVER stopped here. I ordered a short pulled iced americano, cuz Starbucks does not calibrate their shots properly... and they still cannot get it right. The espresso always tastes like battery acid & leaves a horrendous taste in your mouth. Do yourself a favor, dont stop here... wait till you see a Peets Coffee & Tea, your taste buds will thank you for it.

All I can say is the Manager did not properly train the employees or provide the skills necessary to make a proper $6 Hand Crafted Espresso It took 3 tries to get my drink mediocre at best. I am a former Starbucks Barista.graduated College and moved on, I leave this review to facilitate needed change. If it was $1.50 I would not bother.

They had only given me half of my order when they started giving other people their drinks. By the time they had given me my order it was all messed up so I watched her continue helping others and waiting for my correct order, not the first time this happens to us here eirher

I have stopped many, many times and have received mixed service. Sometimes fantastic, but more recently (this year) the employees are not friendly and it takes a very long time to receive your drink(s) or food; it feels like it is a huge inconvenience to be serving you.

This is a stop we make every time we drive down Hwy. 5 and back. Its really busy (I think a lot of other people have the same idea). The staff does a great job given the non-stop demand for coffee and everything else at this stop. Its also great that theyre open til 10.

Coffee good, but too expensive. The breakfast sandwich Started out tasty, but now it is made cheaply and reflects in the taste. I will not be purchasing any ever again. It was suppose to have cheese, egg and bacon. Well, there was egg only.

Nice Starbucks, close to the highway. They even helped us by mopping the floor when our baby kicked his bottle over and got formula all over the floor. Only downside is that there was not a changing table in the rest rooms.

Best service and baristas within a 100 miles. Staff is friendly, polite, and puts care into each person. Can be a little slow at times, but the customer service more than makes up for it. Will return again and again.

Hallelujah for Starbucks bringing civilization to I-5. What a difference! I must say this is one of the best Starbucks anywhere as far as friendly service. I do not pass through Santa Nella without stopping here.

Unless you have a lot of time skip the Starbucks. 5 people wandering around behind the counter and it took 15 minutes to get my order taken. Sounds like corporate needs to pay this store a visit
