Sorry folks, this is incorrect. I am the Store Manager here at the Company Operated Starbucks in Truckee and we are actually located very close to location A, the licensed Starbucks store that is inside of Safeway. We are located in between Rite Aid and Safeway across the parking lot from Wells Fargo and Panda Express. I would be nice if we were right on the lake though! Nice View! Thanks and sorry for the inconvience while my management team and I work to resolve this.

The guy with the tired forest tattoo on his forearm made our 7 drink order and he is, without a doubt, the rudest, most unprofessional Starbucks employee Ive ever dealt with. He was dismissive when we asked for help and couldnt have seemed less interested in giving good service. Not sure why he works around people, or why they employee him, but its my last visit to that Starbucks. The store was very busy, but everyone else seemed to say last try to be friendly.

This store has poor service & hires non nationals instead of locals. The server did not mention my name when my coffee was hot & ready, because she said she could not read my name which consists of 4 letters. From now on ii will go to Wild Cherries where they hire Americans who can read. They are located right down the street at 11429 Donner pass rd. Truckee

Drinks were made correct just wish the restroom was able to be used... and wish they had more then 2 workers one on the register and one making the drinks ...

Go a block down the street to Wild Cherries and get real coffee and real food. Yeah its a tad more expensive but its way better and they are way nicer.

The coffee is typical Starbucks but the store is filthy. Thier one and only bathroom is disgusting. Trash and garbage on the tables, chairs and floors.
