Best cinnamon rolls anywhere Ive been hands down. To get the best experience here, dont look for the one that sounds the best, order the one that looks the freshest. These are amazing when theyre hot but still pretty good when theyve been out of the oven awhile. Expect to wait in line. If youre like me, you may want to get 2 freezer packs, a bag of dry mix and 3 dozen fresh cinnamon rolls by the time you get to the counter. Do yourself a favor and skip that desire for now. order what youll eat now (calm down, no more than 1/person max) then consider getting some for the road. I went all in on a freezer pack and the lot then realized that it was just my hungry stomach talking. Now I just get one and call it a day...and thats more than enough :)

Cinnabon 10xs BETTER! Why? The cin roll is way to sugary and feels like your chewing sugar out of a jar. I have tried them twice and they failed both times. Sure if your on vacation and cold by the beach, anything warm and sweet is a winner. But if you are judging roll per roll, they are ok. They are not always fresh and warm. Dont come at an off time like 5 pm. They would have been sitting for a hour or two and they slap icing on and throw it in the MICROWAVE! theres you fresh cin roll. I just dont think they are cracked up to be 5 stars. Maybe 3 stars. There is better, much better. I wish there were better. Its worth trying, you may hit a good day. I just havent.

No one leaves disappointed! We had received a couple of cinnamon rolls that did not seem as fresh as usual. We had let register person know and went on outside to eat . The manager who was busy with lots of other orders heard the situation came running outside to find us ! He replaced the entire order which we were not asking for, we just wanted to let them know . He boxed new hot fresh rolls up for later and put filling in cups for later and was as far as i am concerned an ideal model for customer service manager . He went way above and beyond for only two rolls . I do not give 5 stars easy .Excellent company !!

If you ever come by this place, eat some cinnamon rolls here. Im not the greatest cinnamon fan, but I was blown away by the deliciousness! When we entered the bakery, they had just made a fresh plate of pecan rolls. The staff was super friendly, we sat outside in the sun and the coffee is very good too. Just perfect! Wish I could stay longer in pismo beach, just to get fresh rolls here everyday!

I have always loved this cinnamon roll shop, but today I went in and the cinnamon rolls were hard as a rock, gave us almost no frosting, and they closed off their entire eating area. It was freezing outside, and tons of people waiting in line. I understand they want to clean ahead of time, but this is a traveling time and should make space for everyone as best they can.

Good service. U can see the employees making fresh dough . Best rolls in town . I would recommend the cream cheese frosting cinnamon . There also offered different kinds of rolls like pecan , walnuts , rasins , rasins /walnuts, and original. Big variety of things . Plus they also offered coffee or milk. Great place for tourist like me. Since i lived in LA.

I dont care for cake-like cinnamon rolls. I really like yeasty ones. The rolls here are more bread-like. Theyre good. I had the walnut one and my friend had a raisin one with icing; that was a sugar bomb - as you would expect. This is an old fashioned shop with extremely nice people working there. If you like something sweet in the morning, stop by here.

LET ME TELL YA!!! If you want an amazing cinnamon roll, you must go to Old West Cinnamon Roll in Pismo Beach! The mudlslide roll is to die for!!! It is my absolute favorite. This roll is definitely for 2 people but if you can handle all that yummy sweetness go ahead and eat all up yourself. Either way you would not be dissapointed!! Yum Yum Yum!!

Went today because we were told they had the best rolls. Very disappointed. I had the cinnamon rolls with raisins. It was cold and soggy. Must have been made yesterday. It would have been much better if they had a warming service. Warm rolls are so much better. Maybe they can change the way they serve them.

Tried these for the first time in the late 80s at the Kern County Fair, and have loved them ever since. I take the 101 from SF Bay to LA and get these every time. The best part in my opinion is watching them roll out the dough, then cover it with sugar and dozens of whole sticks of butter.

One of the hottest spots in Pismo Beach to fill that sweet tooth craving. If you come during the weekends or holidays be prepared to wait in line and possibly wait for rolls. But definitely worth the wait for those right out of the oven rolls. Make sure to try the cream cheese frosting.

Cinnamon rolls are my favorite food and this place generally has great ones. On my last visit I got a cinnamon roll with only enough cinnamon to call it a sweet bun otherwise this would be a 5 star review. Ill be back though. One can never have too many cinnamon rolls.

Amazing amazing amazing cinnamon rolls. Come here every year and NEVER disappointed. One word of warning, the original rolls with icing are EXTREMELY rich. So I would recommend one roll to two people. Great staff, great prices, great food. HIGHLY recommended.

This is how it works: Get up early Sat morning and make the 3 hr drive to Pismo. Get there around 8 am and head directly to "Old West" and get in line. Cinnamon rolls w/icing to go & down to the pier to enjoy. Life is sweet, nothing better than this!!

I love this place. Been coming here for years. I remember coming here on my first visit to Pismo Beach. Now I drive down from Santa Maria when the sweet tooth needs satisfying. Pecan and walnut cinnamon rolls are my favorites! YUM!

This was a completely unexpected find, but an extremely welcome one. Baked fresh on the premises, the cinnamon rolls are excellent and would justify a detour to Pismo Beach. The crumb roll was like a taste of the divine!

Its okay. Way too much pecans and the cinnamon rolls taste no different than my local donut shop but the donut shop is cheaper. The only reason i came here is because it is the only thing open near the pier before 8 am

My family used to vacation in pismo every year and always had breakfast at this place. Amazing cinnamon rolls! Had them today for the first time in about 15 years and the memories all came back. Stop here if you can.
