Ive been coming here almost all my life and have never had a problem. Today I ordered a grande caramel frap which was only $4.75. I gave them a $20.75 so I should have gotten back $16 even. I wasnt given a receipt and I was in a hurry so I didnt pay attention to how much change I got back. When I got home I noticed she had only given me $11. Im $5 and called about this and they said they couldnt do anything about it without a receipt but I wasnt offered or given one. Im going to have to start asking for receipts from now on. I was offered another drink which was nice but why would I want another frap?

Papers sell out quick on the weekends. Parking lot is tricky for first time visitors--take your time and live to see another day. First visit I didnt get anything close to what I ordered, but every visit after has been perfect. Drive through is average to slow.

I stop here on trips often and always get good service. Only had one order go wrong but it happened once out of several dozen visits. The place stays clean as is the restroom.

On weekdays you get fast service. Weekend not so much. So just have little extra patience for your cup ☕️ of joe or frappe or te.
