B&C has a welcoming feeling about it and I am a regular patron. Ive often faced home improvement conundrums and theyve been there for me to offer help, advice, and share know how. I always take my relatives from out of town here and they remark what a friendly place B&C is to shop. You can source many products here for both home improvement, maintenance, and the nursery and garden department has fair prices. I like being able to drive right in and load what I need. Someone is always there to write me a ticket and help load lumber or sacks of concrete. Ive had keys made here too, and they always work. Essentially, once you learn the layout of this store it is faster and more efficient than driving somewhere else to "save" a buck or two. Part of the allure in shopping here for me is because this is not a giant-box home store, there are more staff to help and you can get in and out of here fast and get back to your honey do list.

I find them to be very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have asked pros working on our home where to go, they always recommend B&C. I also like their policy of giving 10% discounts to seniors (various days of the week) and active duty and retired military (every day). It beats Hill Tops policy of only 3% to their registered customers.

Today I purchased a new gas grill. The service was quick, friendly & knowledgeable. My cashier was very nice & friendly & spoke to me on a first name basis. They carried my purchase out for me & also loaded it in my car. I had a great shopping experience & wd recommend them highly to anyone & shop there in the future!

My favorite hardware store in town, similar to an OSH Hardware store but slightly smaller. I always find the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the big box stores and their pricing is very comparable on almost every item.
