I purchase a safe deposit box from this vendor about nine months ago, and I didnt have any major problems getting into the box, or getting it open the first time, so I lock it. Now that I need to get back into it, the combination doesnt work, several people have tried to help, however (they-HARBOUR FREIGHT) wont even do anything to help me becasue the purchase was over nine months ago. How is that for service.??? Most vendors now days, such as costco will go over and beyond to serve their customers, or take defective merchandise back, SO THAT THEY MAY KEEP THE GOOD WILL OF THE CUSTOMER. Harbour Freight refuses to take responsibility, and I am now stucked with a pile of steel that is useless unless I am able to get in and out of the box. HORRIBLEEEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICEEEEEEE

Good all-around selection under one small roof. Have most of everything you can think of and THE ONLY place that carried a "ball joint separator" even the top 3 stores that carry car parts and accessories didnt carry... Kinda surprised to be honest!

I have never had an issue at this location. The prices are good, the stock is always full unless there is a big sale, they may go fast. The store is clean and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Back yard flooding with recent rain, so I needed a sump pump to clear out the water. Prices were about 1/2 of what local big box stores wanted. Lots of stuff at bargain prices.

They have a lot of everything. But watch your spending. If your not careful you can buy a lot of junk you dont need. Some stuff is really cheep, but you get what you pay for.

They have a lot of inexpensive tools with varying quality. If you arent a professional, and dont use the tool all day, every day, then these are the right tools for you.
