I called Home Depot with a question concerning my drip irrigation system. The "expert" salesman in charge of that department made it very clear that he was not interested in helping me over the phone. In fact, he ultimately claimed point blank that the question COULDNT be answered over the phone. I called Green Acres with the same question and within 60 seconds, I had been connected with the irrigation specialist, Eli, and my question was answered. Furthermore, five of the eight 1/2 inch valves I purchased at Home Depot ended up leaking immediately and they were not the kind of valves that can be uninstalled and reinstalled. Purchase your valves from DripWorks (online) or Green Acres (Folsom). They are the kind that can be reworked and reused and seal tighter.

Store has failed to execute my special order. First there was a price decepency that I was over charged. Talked with the store manager Sabrina and she never followed though to get back to me with an explanation or solution to that problem. Then after my order was missing 5 days after the estimated delivery date, calling every day I got the run around until finally got Jon(who has been great) who looked into issue and HD lost an entire pallet of flooring. 19 days since order was placed and still no floors and now looks like they have to re order... Be careful with special orders.

How great to have excellent help at HD! I have had many experiences there where I felt like the help ranged from invisible - where is everybody? - to indifferent. Not so in paint with Eileen. I needed to match stain on a hutch door, and she went way above and beyond to help me, even offering to do it for me while I was there. And then she did! She mixed the color just right and demonstrated how to apply it with the proper technique to get the best faux finish. Really amazing - best service Ive had maybe anywhere, ever.

I had a problem with a gift card. I called on the telephone, and came into the store. I spoke to Naz, Jeff, Sabrina and Vicky regarding the problem. ALL promising to return my call to remedy my very upsetting situation, and my phone has not rung once. I have been dealing with this fraudulent activity on my gift card since October of 2015. Isnt it time that one of you return my call, so we can take care of this once and for all? Your customer service is appalling!!!!

I went in yesterday to craft together a wood chalkboard frame. When I went to get the wood cut, Yaaousef was there and he was SO helpful!! He helped me measure everything, then cut to size, the walked around with me to each department to get the nails, glue and everything I needed. I couldnt be happier with the service at the folsom store. Everytime I go in, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Thank you for all your help!!! I will be back! Sheila

We went to Home Depot to buy some wood. We asked the home depot employee who to cut it a few inches. We mentioned that well still pay for the whole thing. He said that we might get it cut if were "nice" and "dont ask for anything ridiculous". When is asking to cut a few inches of wood, a service thats offered at Hope Depot, not nice and ridiculous? Seriously, the only thing ridiculous were the words coming out of his mouth.

Store associate was friendly enough. But I just drove out of my way because the online site specifically stated this store had the item I was looking for. The associate looked it up and informed me they have never carried it. When I tried to call in to online support to let them know, the girl I spoke with couldnt even give me a sensible answer and didnt even bother to try to get a correction to the system made. Waste of time!

Found a dryer I wanted on Home Depots website and it stated Folsom was the nearest location. Drove 45 minutes to find out they do not stock it or really any for that matter and I would have to order it. Went to Lowes instead and found a bigger one with more options at a better price. If you are looking for a specific item, Call Ahead.

Instead of driving all the way up to Apple Hill, we decided to check out Home Depos tree lot for our Christmas tree. They had a good price on a great 8 foot tree. If you dont need the more expensive Noble Fir, the Douglas or Grand fir trees are a good deal here! And they wrap it up for you to put in the car or on the roof.

Was looking for battery powered drip system timers . You will have to get them on line we dont carry them any longer. Went to drip system area and found them myself. You didnt ask for the right thing My fault I guess. Generally like store a lot.

Disorganized and a complete pain to deal with their staff. Just a bunch of dunces trying to make it through the day. Avoid this place at all costs. If I had know what it wild take to get product from these guys I would have gone anywhere else.

Ok. I always feel I have to walk the length of the store more than once no matter where I park or what door I enter. Its really a drag, and I avoid that store because of that The clerks, when you can find them, are friendly and helpful.

Delivery truck did not show up and did not notify that they were not coming. Appliance manager and sale staff did not bother to resolve delivery. Do not use this store if you want or need your items delivered on a schedule.

Huge store, is always very busy. Hard to find salesperson for the department you need help in. However most folks going to home improvement store know what they want. They do offer installs on most appliances.

Terrible customer service..called three seperate times to ck on a special order..on hold each time for 8-10 minutes with no one ever picking up..order was also two days late....Ill go to Lowes next time..
