As a contractor, I visited Home Depot nearly every other day for over ten years and was on a first name basis with many of their friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. It always amazes me how people somehow missed the idea behind the self-service concept for contractors and DIY homeowners that Home Depot established. The lack of personnel on all their aisles is why you enjoy their competitive prices. Yes if you have something technically challenging or an order,you have to wait.and if you make the effort to get their attention they do try to help. Once I had a suggestion for the store and asked to speak with the store manager,who readily made herself available even with her busy schedule. I just wish they would move those storage buildings from the center front area of the parking lot!

Everytime Ive been to this store I get excellent customer service. Today the manager Steve helped me find the lights I was looking for. Hands down Home depot beats Lowes in Customer service. At Lowes you have to chase Thier employees down to get help which is a huge pain in the a**. At Home depot the employees find you and are happy show you what youll need to get the job done.

I desperately needed spray adhesive for my daughters school project at 8 on a Tuesday night. Called and got transferred to Debbie and she said yes we do. I got there and found Debbie and she went over my options and gave me the best product for my project with a huge smile on her face. She was amazing.

If you know exactly what you need, no problem. But if you need a little help finding a solution to your problem, good luck. Its hard to find anyone, and when you find them, theyre willingness to help is questionable.

Of all the Home Depots I have been in, this store has the friendliest customer service. I was very delighted because every sale associate had a smile on their face, they were very helpful and they always said "hi"!
