when i walk in to Orchard Supply ,no- one ask me if i need help,but ever one else they help ,So i ask a worker for some help she said go to the paint department ,i when there for 5in there was 5 worker asking every one that walk by if they help before this the the worker when i came in call on line that i needed help ,this is bad and poor service i felt like i was not because of the color of my skin like this 1940`s and this was not the first time i will not go back to this orchard supply

My mom spent $220 for a very large wooden cabinet she paid the $10 delivery fee. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and then today 5/11/16th called and said it would be delivered between 12 and 4pm. Its now 712pm and no cabinet. Orchard says they will have the delivery service call. Im doubtful. Neither me or my mom will do business there again
