I went to the kiosk store in the Mall and the customer service there was awful. I was interested in becoming a new customer and I came up to the kiosk and was helped immediately, however, 2.5 hours later, I finally had an account with them. During that time the Sprint employees were extremely unprofessional. Carmen (an employee) spent the whole time flirting with her coworkers and Hector, though he seemed like he was trying to help, was EXTREMELY slow, hence the whole thing taking 2.5 hours. Then, to top it off, the manager came in, and even though I was the only customer at the time, he pulled Hector off trying to set up my account to help him figure out some billing issue with some people that paid their account in person. This went on for 5 minutes until I had to actually ask them if they could resolve it later, until I wasnt there. At the end of the checkout, they told me (last minute) that I had to sign up for protection for the phone, since it was a new phone, and I could only cancel it after my first bill. Two days later, I signed into my sprint account and cancelled the protection, got online with one of the Sprint helpers, and she said that I never had to have it in the first place. After explaining to her that the Sprint employees LIED to me, she promptly refunded me (Well see if it turns up on my next bill). Finally, I during setup with Hector, he "signed up for automatic bill pay", (for five dollars off a month). I signed into my account today and none of that information was in the account, and after I signed up for it again myself, Sprint says, "itll take one or two months to process". WHY????? I supposedly signed up for it when i opened the account in the first place. Im not one to usually complain about service, because I know we all have off days, but the Sprint employees at the kiosk need some training on good (or even marginal) customer service and they need to work on not LYING to customers. I would give the experience 0 stars if i could.

Terrible information provided upon buying a new contract and phone through them. So through Sprint we got a Samsung Edge 7 and iPhone 6S +. At the time the customer service rep Ramiro Quintanilla that assisted us provided us very inaccurate information. He made no mention of having to turn in my old phones the Samsung S5 and Lg G3. We left, but this morning I got an e-mail from my old carrier Verizon Wireless saying I owe $434.74. I thought Sprint bought out my contract? I did forget he said that we would get a Visa credit card from Sprint and could pay the old balance off with the credit card since Sprint buys out contracts. I go down to the Glendale Galleria Sprint Store and I tell him I am worried that Sprint hasnt paid off my phone so he says they should, wait for my manager. So we wait fifteen minutes or so for his manager to come back, the manager says "You have to turn in your old devices." Then Ramiro Quintanilla says "Bro, they own the phones though. Its a customer owned device, they dont have to." Then the manager pulls up the website showing the fine print essentially what the customer service rep didnt tell us. Then after showing that the customer service rep says "You didnt inform me of that." Even though minutes ago before reading the fine print out loud he was was agreeing with us. I told him I owned the phone, I told him I was under contract and he told me over and over that Sprint would buyout the contract. He never took my phone, or requested it at the time of purchasing a contract through the Glendale Galleria Sprint Store. So Ramiro Quintanilla could not assist us properly and got all his facts wrong. I told him the exact issue and he was even agreeing until the fine print at Sprint was read... Thanks for leaving me with a $434.74 bill, I should have never purchased a phone at the Sprint Store at Glendale Galleria what a joke.

I am penning this review primarily on behalf of Steve Castro, a recently hired employee of the Glendale Galleria ‘Sprint Store Team’, to humbly and sincerely say, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for the unbounded kindness, helpfulness, patience, professionalism, dignity, knowledge, and grace, you exampled to my wife and me this past Friday November 4th, 2016 and to say, a great big thank you to Diana, and Michael, for all they did to make our time spent there so very special as well. Also I’d like to give a quick shout out to Adam with whom I spoke briefly on the phone, Saturday November 5th, 2016, for gently guiding me about a concern I had about the operation of my new Iphone 5SE. In ALL our previous transactions, in the past two years, we’ve ever had with this particular Sprint Store, and it’s very capable staff, we have ALAWAYS been beyond satisfied by the exceptional level of professionalism, genuine kindness, and courtesy, which these gracious men and women have selflessly extended us. There are truly no words that could honestly ever begin to express how sincerely appreciative I am, and my wife is, for having had the honor and pleasure and the absolute great fortune for the very special gift and deep blessings to have found this particular Sprint Store and all of the wonderful souls who work there. It is truly and sincerely, with the greatest pleasure that I introduce and direct you to Steve Castro, Diana, Michael and Adam at the Glendale Galleria Sprint Store @1313 Glendale Galleria, Glendale CA. 91210 for all your Sprint questions or concerns. Thank you all very much!!! Sincerely, Kenny and Kelly Mitchell

I want to give many thanks personally to David Avina from Sprints office in Glendale Galleria. He was the only person who was able to solve problems with my addition to existing family plan, account credit check and fixing mistakes in the account. He stayed at store till 10:00 PM (normally they close at 9:00 PM) just to help me instead of He was going to pick up his girlfriend on that day at that time. We went through 4 Sprints offices and sales point in Glendale and no one but David could solve problems with account because the previous manager who was opening the account in the begining (by the way he was fired later) made a lot of mistakes. In our account it was written that there was no credit check, only 3 lines were availlable but in fact there was a credit check and we had 5 lines available in the begining. Totally we have spend full month clearly to fix this issue. Best regards to David from me and hope he will be raised up immediatelly, because he really deserves it. He is very smart, kind, polite, friendly and hard working person. I wish You all best and quick carreer growth David, Best regards Ruben Gazaryan!

I always dread going to the Sprint store because half the time you get 5 different answers and quotes from people that work there. Today I went into one Sprint store and the line seemed pretty long so I decided to look for another one close by. I have never been so happy to walk into a Sprint store. I was immediately greeted by Diana Lorenz (3715) and I explained what I needed. She was so knowledgeable about my plan, and helped me trade in my phones for new ones with out trying to charge me a bunch of money. If you want a hassle free and GREAT experience this is your Sprint store! I had to go back the next day with my new phone as the sim card was acting up. Guess what?? The exact same experience with the employees who were working the next day. Very nice, knowledgeable, quickly helped me out and sent me on my way. I WILL NEVER go to another Sprint store but this one.
