Espanol debajo: With great regret and from out of town; I went into the Sprint Wilmington store (Arch Telecomm) to resolve a phone problem; they couldn’t help me so I purchased a buy one get one free phone. Little did I know I was opening an account for 2 additional phone lines. Before I left town to head home, I went into the store to return the 2 phones. I encountered arguments on why I should keep them so I left with the 2 phones. When I arrived back into my hometown up North, I went to the Sprint Corporate store and they fixed my old phone. I returned the 2 phones by mail to the Wilmington store along with a certified letter requesting cancellation of the contract and returning the 2 phones to the warehouse. They sat on my request and did NOTHING. I had to follow up for months by phone several times only to hear the Assistant Manager say I should talk to the sales lady that sold it to me. The sales lady suggested I take the 2 phones back and sell them on Ebay. This is NOT a corporate store. They know little about the idea of the customer is always right and have no clue on how to provide good customer service. Avoid this store at all cost and go to a CORPORATE store only. Lesson learned. Con gran pesar y de fuera de la ciudad; Fui a la tienda Sprint Wilmington (Arch Telecomm) para resolver un problema de teléfono; No pudieron ayudarme así que compré una compra uno consigo un teléfono libre. Poco sabía que estaba abriendo una cuenta para 2 líneas telefónicas adicionales. Antes de salir de la ciudad a la cabeza a casa, entré en la tienda para devolver los 2 teléfonos. Encontré argumentos sobre por qué debería mantenerlos así que me fui con los 2 teléfonos. Cuando llegué de regreso a mi ciudad natal hacia el norte, fui a la tienda corporativa de Sprint y arreglaron mi viejo teléfono. Volví los 2 teléfonos por correo a la tienda de Wilmington junto con una carta certificada solicitando la cancelación del contrato y devolver los 2 teléfonos al almacén. Se sentaron en mi petición y no hizo nada. Tuve que seguir durante meses por teléfono varias veces sólo para escuchar el asistente de gerente decir que debería hablar con la señora de ventas que vendió a mí. La señora de ventas sugirió que tomar los dos teléfonos de vuelta y venderlos en Ebay. Esto NO es una tienda corporativa. Saben poco acerca de la idea de que el cliente siempre tiene la razón y no tienen idea de cómo proporcionar un buen servicio al cliente. Evite esta tienda a toda costa y vaya a una tienda CORPORATIVA solamente. Lección aprendida.

If I could rate this store no star i would. I went here back in August and I received the best customer service by manager at the time patty. Phone Prices, Plans , Promotions as well as my bill was perfectly explained. I never was surprised on my bill. So I went back a month ago to add a line for my daughter and not only was I lied to about the phone pricing they went ahead and changed my plan to add a tablet and a portable Wifi that I did not want. Now my bill is insane high and i went to return tablet and wifi because I talked to sprint customer service by phone and they said I didnt have to get it and was not free the girls there didnt want to return it and also said I had agreed to it. Now I dont know what to do, How can they screw people over is their paycheck more important than customer retention. A young man there said its because they have to hit a quota or else they get transferred to other stores, warnings and get told they are there to sell not to be friends with people. basically these people working here are being programmed to look after their pockets and interests while screwing customers that dont have the money to pay for all that stuff. perfect example of the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.

When I came in the Sprint store, I was greeted by Luis Sanchez who informed me of rating review for the store. It is my pleasure to do so. Luis is professional and courteous. As a matter of fact, the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the Sprint employees at this Wilmington location is refreshing and appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I was having problems connecting to the internet when I away from home and Luis Sanchez show me how I can reset my phone to the nearest working tower to get a good connection. I was so happy to know about that. He save me a trip to the Service center in Long Beach.

I came to this store for a solution since no one cant help me. Luis Sanchez greeting me with a big smile. I gave him all my problems and he was able to focus and help me solve my solution. I would come more often to him. Best day for me now!!

Worst Sprint store in greater Los Angeles . Limited street parking .No one seems interested in helping you or have any knowledge of current Sprint promotion Google and do your own research
