After dropping my phone and my screen break, I called them. Had to take my phone 2 times after they changed the screen. They said sometimes the parts are defective as they are made in China. It is still not functioning. Aside from that, they are supposed to open at 10 a.m. told me if I wanted my phone same day be one of the first customers. With that in mind I arrived 10 min. To 10. At 10:30 no sight of any employee, there were 2 more customers also waiting. I had to go and came back a different day ....LO AND BEHOLD!!! No one there again. I called and decided to go in the afternoon. When I tried to let them know about it , an employee: Goldstein said I was being rude and to "move-on". I was so upset and offended as I was not rude AT ALL. And to top I it off, he claims my phone is absolutely fine, that there is nothing wrong with it. Even now my phone still does not work properly. Wish I would have spent 20 bucks more ( paid them 137) and just fine through my insurance. I really was happy to find this place initially, but save your money and go elsewhere without rude staff and cheap parts.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I just bought a new phone, dropped the phone, and damaged the camara and lens. I took the phone to uBreakiFix and they ordered a new lens for me. Once the part came in a few days later, I went to the store and gave them my phone to repair. A half hour later I returned and my phone looked as good as new. However, once I powered up the phone, the camera still didnt work as it should (it was unable to focus). Everything looked blurry. With no questions asked, uBreakiFix staff gave me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Though they werent able to fix the phone (as I think it was a non-lens related issue), they were very professional and gave me a full refund for the purchased part when it didnt work out. I would definitely return here based on their excellent customer service.

Took in my Galaxy Tab 4 to get a charging port fix/replaced. Took about 3 weeks longer than I was told to fix. When i finally got by tablet back the port was fixed (so i thought... charging cord left loose) but the home button was not working. Called them back and of course they refused to take any kind of responsibility for it. Ended up taking it to Samsung for repair and to my surprise they had to replace a broken charging port and the LCD screen and the home button that they apperently broke while "fixing" the charging port...waste of $60 would never go back and i would suggest you stay as far away as u can.....would give negative stars if I could

Checked prices on their website for an XBOX 360 DVD fix, it said $89.99. I take it in to the Pasadena store and drop off my console, in which I was told it would be $89.99 for anything wrong with the DVD. I get a call the next day saying it would be $129.99. Total bait and switch. The guy on the phone told me "oh, the slims are different, we just havent updated our prices on the website." The slims have been around for almost 2 years now. Also, the guy at the store when I dropped it off confirmed it. This is a classic scam place. Do NOT take anything there to be fixed, as they will use any tactic to get more money out of you.

Excellent service repair on my Samsung GALAXY S4. Im writing this review one month after he repaired my phone because i wanted to make sure everything would be fully functioning after use and wow , everything is absolutely perfect. Dropped this phone off and picked it up like it was brand new again. Id like to add i had a bad experience with a different phone repairer. The Repair Man because he tried to raise the price when I brought my phone to him. Choose Bourbon service and save yourself a trip of wasted time at other phone repair companies.

Had a tablet/laptop combo that wouldnt charge. Took it there, they had to special order the part. The labor was expensive, but I talked with the guy later and he had slaved for hours over it. Cool. Later, when the part broke again (probably my fault), they still honored the warranty and tried to fix it for free. Its unrepairable, so they offered to refund all my money - thats just good customer service (but probably bad business). I couldnt be more satisfied.

My husband was about to throw his Nexus7 through the window. Which, of course, would break both the Nexus and the window. I asked my son if he could help, but he said no, he actually did throw his out his window and bought something else. So we took it to this place. The man asked politely if he could take a look and beep bop boop, its running faster than ever. The best part? He didnt make us feel like idiots. Very nice. Well be back.

If you need to fix your phone in a day this is the place to go to. I recommend you calling them to see how much your repair will cost and if they will have the part needed to do it that day. If I had to critique something its that their waiting area doesnt have the most comfortable "chairs" in the world but you have the option to walk around the block and go shopping so maybe that wont be important to you. Good knowledgeable people

Fantastic service. I thought my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 that was run over) pwas a goner. They were able to save it and explained what needed to be done with such confidence that I knew I was in good hands. Made a great recommendation to fix my charging port area to save money in the long run (since my screen needed to be taken apart anyway, it would save on long-term labor costs). 10/10 would recommend.

The employees were very nice and patient. The job was quick and easy. It only took about 30 minutes to fix my LCD Screen on my samsung galaxy s3. They provide services for basically all carriers and smartphones. If they do not have the part you need, they will order it which, i appreciated. So overall i had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a phone or tablet repair.

My wife took her phone there for a quote to fix the broken screen and it was outrageously expensive. Then we went to the manufacturers service department and the quote was much cheaper, almost half of the uBreakiFix quote. We just assumed that going to these places would be cheaper and its not the case.

So helpful! They fixed my broken iPad screen in 48 hours. Would have been sooner but they had to order a replacement due to the discovery that the one they had in stock was defective. Ive been in for little things they cheerfully take care of for free. Love them!! Ive been in for little things

Just got back from picking up my iPhone after having UBreakiFix repair the cracked screen. I like this place. It was easy, quick, and the price was competitive. The two employees I dealt with were very polite and straightforward. If I break my phone again, Ill head back. Great job guys!
