Yo una tarde lleve mi teléfono arreglar y me dijeron que en 3 horas estaba listo, a las 3 horas regrese y que siempre no que iba a tomar más tiempo y que me lo tenían listo al siguiente día al medio dia...volví otra vez al medio día y que no estaba listo que iba a tomar otro día completo y además me habían cobrado por adelantado y como iba a tomar más tiempo me iban a cobrar más, cuando le pregunte si estába segura k lo podían arreglar se molesto y muy groseramente me dijo k si no quería que lo arreglaran me podía llevar mi teléfono. Obiamente les pedí mi teléfono y mi dinero que ya había pagado...definitivamente muy mal servicio les recomiendo que eviten ir ahi

The owner Richard cheated me out of $425.00. He advertised a clean IMEI and after giving him my money I had to return it because T-Mobile said the IMEI was no good. I had to purchased a new phone because it was a gift and after speaking with him two days after purchasing the phone and he saying he would take care of me, he tried to find every reason to not give me my money. He tried to blame me for scratching the phone and after he pulled a picture he had of the phone in his own phone and he himself witnessed and acknowledged that the scratched was on the phone in the picture he showed me, he refused to show the picture again. He kept trying to find reasons to not giving me my money. His advertisement noted the IMEI was clean and when I tried to show him the T-Mobile print out he refused to except the fact and still tried to insist I scratched the phone.

They open when they want to, no set business hours, it says Monday trough Friday 10to8pm, i knocked on the door the lady said "business was closed, when i asked what time they close, she gave me a really bad attitude, i was asking so i could put the correct hours on here like I always do, and keep people going there and it being closed. Ive been there once before, and was attented by a gentleman who was great, but she really ruined this for me. You should never bring personal life to work.

They dont come trough on their time, tell you one thing and come out with other also their store hours are not true its best to call to c if there open. Trust me on this..... Also charge me for something that was not needed but anyhow did not work, answer was that my phone was bad, called both companys and they both confirm that device was not compatible but they know more and its my cell.
