Horrible service. Main female manager lacks professional communication skills. I changed my family plan according to fit my needs and income and was promised a very good deal. However, once I received my bill I came to realize that no changes were made. I come in to complain to this same manager who I first spoke to and she said she never arranged anything with me. She acted as if I was talking nonsense and that ij had made up everything. This is the third time I deal with this lady and I am very upset with her lack of professional behavior. She has attitude and acts very uninterested in anything I said. She was quick to convince me to go to another phone service rather than help my situation and try not to lose me as a customer. Ive been with sprint since the company first started but now Im happily free of this company and moved on to a friendlier service with a better plan. Beware buying from this location. They have a bad habit of making promises they cant keep.

Asked for a phone and girl said it was not in stock. Later she admitted it is in stock she just said it was not because the phone I asked for "sucks." Went in there because my phone was looked up while trying to turn on, it was stuck on boot screen for about 2 hours. They would not even look at phone. I had to borrow a phone from a friend to call customer service. It took a couple of minutes to get through menus to get to talk to someone. That person was helpful and with her instructions i had phone up and running normally in less than a minute. The location on 10th street near Rite Aide is much more helpful and at least tries to help customers.

My husband and I went into this Sprint store with the intentions of switching from ATT to Sprint and purchase new phones. We were motioned to the back of the store by a store employee named Desiree. Once we realized she was waving at us to come to her, we walked to the back of the store where she just stared at us. She didnt offer a hello or how can I help you. She gave us little information and was not helpful in any way. If Sprint wants new customers they better educate their employees on the product they are trying to sell. They also need some major customer service training. I do not recommend this store.

Switched from ATT to sprint. The customer service was crazy good. We were so welcomed and treated like royalty. I purchased 5 iPhone 6 for my family on unlimited everything plan and still save 110 dollars more a month than we did with att. Service isnt that bad but Iam happy with it! Good job guys and thanks for the new phones!
