Describe my experience? Horrible. The absolute most unfriendly people working in the Morgan Hill store. Seriously. If you ask for help, be prepared for the awkward silence as they stare you down. The snarl. YOU are putting them out by even being there. Go ahead. Try it out and you will see. When ringing you up when spending your hard earned money, go ahead. Ask them if they use the "chip" on your card or do you swipe? (Everyone is different these days, right?) You will get the rolled eyes. Awkward silence. And then...."just wait until we get to that point!" Theres your answer. How nice. Never, ever will I step foot in that store again. By the way..its from management on down. I guess they are trained that way. (Should be zero stars, but had to give 1)

The cut counter people are usually nice. Theres one cashier that doesnt want to use your coupons if you have more than a few. When one I had didnt scan she told me she wasnt allowed to type it in and two days later a different cashier at the same store typed in a coupon for me.

Girl at cutting table wasnt friendly. Girl at register was very nice and friendly. This Joanns had very low inventory in many areas.
