For the last 6 years Sprint and the representatives here have been phenomenal until recently. Early February I added a second line to my account to replace a broken device. I of course bought insurance because I have a bad habit breaking phones. The Sprint rep did not properly apply the insurance to my device. So after breaking the phone, it took Sprint 17 days to replace the device. 17 days I was entirely unable to use the service and was still required to pay the $200 deductible. Upon receiving the new device from their insurance company Asurion, I discovered it was defective within less than an hour (no touch screen with my finger, had to use the stylus but device functioned). I went into Sprint to warranty out the phone and after it was tampered with by the Sprint rep, I became entirely locked out of the device for the next 4 days until my replacement arrives. Something to do with their insurance company Asurion sending me a USED phone and then not being able to reset a device in store. So after $220 deductible (extra $20 for Saturday delivery) 18 days without a device and more aggravation than can be imagined, I still have no useable phone. However, the district manager Byron has been great helping resolve these issues as well as Cody Scrivano and Amanda Somers. If you go into this store, I highly recommend dealing with Cody and Amanda and Byron if possible. They have a great sense of urgency and care for you when you have a problem that the rest of the company seems to inherently lack. I will post another review later when all issues are resolved.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and Laundo was so nice he commented on my new purse, that both my sister and I had. He wasnt a sales person, but more a consultant. Before even talking to us about our Sprint issue we talked about our love for dog (our purses had paw prints on it). That calmed my sister down since she was so upset about her phone. We spoke to him about all our issues and he walked both my sister and I through all of our questions. He was calm, understanding and VERY helpful! Please commend Laundo for his fabulous customer service, patience and explaining things to us that we didnt know how to do. Thank you! PS Im visiting from San Diego and this store doesnt compare to the service we get in San Diego..they are far more excelled, friendly here in Antioch!

Im only giving the 5 stars to ANGELA ROSA for her hard work in the tech repair services! She is definitely a hard worker and always helpful with her friendly customer service! I had to get my phone fix and she help me get it taking care of.All the other employees are lazy and not helpful what so ever! Ive been going to this store for 5 yrs and they have gone thru different employees they have horrible customer service! (Outside of her friendly smile & attentiveness) Im a value Sprint customer for over 17 yrs! So I can say my opinion on good customer service on this matter!

Ishmael Gomez was wonderful great job I had went to Antioch sprit 1800 no the insur. No one could help me his customer service skills was so wounderful. He asisted right away thank you he was great and completed insurance asurion thank you soon much 10 stars. I called customer service to connect my phone and he couldnt help me. He then transferred me over to Tech support and he also couldnt help me after being on the phone for 1 1/2 hour. He advises me to go to the store...so I did and Ishmael Gomez sales associates from Antioch store helped me with my problem within minutes. I have to say they are the bomb!
