If I can put Half a star I would of, because of the good location only, but bad customer service, and forgot to cancel my order due to no color on stock. Everything I asked Michael he said hes out of stock! Today I called him and asked him why he did not cancel my order due to lack of stock and I asked him to help us to contact the Gilroy store because we are going to head at that store, he mentioned to us he couldnt call and verify the corporate store. He hang up the phone on me. Really?

Awful costumer service. Talked with Michael Sarmento. Refused to help me make payments and gave an attitude throughout my ordeal. This ppace is far from being a friendly enviornment. Ended up calling atnt over phone for them to help me make payments. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I spent an hour here and they could not finish my request. They were supposed to call back to finish and never did. I had to redo everything online to avoid going back there.

Friendly and helpful staff. They explained the options well. This location didnt have the exact phone that I wanted, so it was shipped to me, and it arrived in a few days.
