Yo nunca habia comprado a esa tienda, no existe en la ciudad de México donde vivo, pero es increíble que esta en esas pésimas condiciones, me imagino no tarda en declararse en bancarrota, mercancía desordenada, prácticamente eran 3 empleados en toda la tienda, no había quien me orientará, tardamos más de media hora en pagar, porque el área de cajas solo funcionaban 2 de las 4 que existían, decidimos esperarnos solo porque a mi hermano le agradaron mucho los pantalones que había elegido, definitivamente yo nunca voy a regresar a una tienda JC Penney

I was standing in line with one person being checked out and one other person in front of me. Meanwhile, a couple came in with a return, and an emoloyee that had just walked up did their return, despite the fact that I had been waiting in line. She finished the transaction, told me someone would be right with me, and then walked away. Another employee walked up to help the cashier, this one, again, let me know someone would be right with me, and proceeded to walk away. I was waiting for over 15 minutes. The store was a total mess. They are either terribly understaffed or just do not care. Clothes were laying all over the ground. There was not a single dressing room that wasnt totally packed with unwanted apparel, and nothing is organized.

Was in the store for an 11:00 a.m. salon visit; arrived a bit early so I was looking around. The store was a HOT MESS! A few areas were organized but in general, the store looked like a bargain basement closeout sale had taken place. The prices do not match the bargain basement aspect, though. High prices and a disorganized mess are a poor combination.

I love this store but there is one drawback and I have mentioned this to the exchange clerk in the front of the building. There needs to be some chairs for people who are old with bad backs because you stand in line to exchange items any where between 15 and 30 minutes. Its torturous!!! Please hear me!!!!

So disappointed in the condition of this store. Steady decline in orderliness and availability of sales associates. Photo taken Jul 9, 2016. Left without really shopping. Felt like a bargain basement store not the JCP Ive been so fond of.

I enjoy having JCPenney in my community. The one problem is that Penneys prices are to high. I cant afford to shop here. I can only shop here once or twice a year. I would rather they lower their prices instead of coupons or sales.

The store is always a mess and the employees could care less about the problem. Most of the employees are just standing around and talking but also where the hell is the store managers to fix this!!!!!

Came for Sephora (awesome service) and fell in LOVE with this store! The people were great, super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back. Our new favorite place to shop is JC Penneys!
