Went there about three weeks ago and purchased the two phones and get other three phones free. I thought wow this is too good to be true. Alex is nice but never told me that after a year, I would have to pay for them. I found out online. I wS also overcharged and supposed to be fixed. I am still being sent text messages that I need to pay the high bill. I paid in person my monthly rate. The people that work there are kids and not professional. They are more interested in who is getting the next customer for commission. Its a ghetto store and music is too loud. Not professional. They lie and are sneaky in order to get a buck. I dont even want to go back to that store to get my money back. Customer service is a joke.

I been to this store many times with my problem note 5. I travel a ok distance to come out to this certain store because Malcom J. This man made sure I was well taken care of and always went up and beyond for me. Im not a fan of iPhones at all but with the issue I was having with my still new bought note I had no choice but to add a new phone onto my account. He assured me that an IPhone wasnt as bad as I though and he laid out my best options for my situation. Anyone with sprint in the vicinity of the Deer Valley Rd in Antioch ca I strongly recommend you go to that man. I walked out confident with a IPhone 7 plus.

When I was considering a new phone, these guys were awesome. Always polite, always well-educated about the products. After purchasing the phone, however, one of the advertised features plain didnt work correctly. When I asked about it I was told, "In a perfect world all cell phones would work right. This isnt a perfect world." Then I was told that I could just hope that a future software update fixed the problem. I dont blame these guys for the phone not working, and I never did. I simply wanted help finding a solution to the fact that a major feature just doesnt work as advertised. Rudeness was unnecessary.

Have you ever had a phone that was giving you problems and you know its acting up tale it to the cell phone repair center and they tell you nothing wrong with it the answer is take it to Arch Telecom a Spint store for straight answers and advice that you can believe Believe me I have six phones on my account and the one from Arch Telecom is the only one Im happy about. Thanks Malcolm for your honesty and being straight with me about my phone.

Malcolm Johnson went above and beyond for myself and my husband. He stayed 2 extra hours beyond closing and helps us a total of 6 hours. He walked us through the computer steps and helps us with over the phone Customer service. I am so happy we got our plan through him. Some people would have rushed us taking that long. He remained professional and patient. Thank you for the jokes and tell your wife sorry we kept you so long lol

After dealing with other Sprint stores and their long waits and lack of customer service communication skills. It was refreshing to deal with someone who would take the extra effort to make things right and give me the information to make the right decision for a phone. When i had problems with my phone they would do what they can to fix it before i have to get a new one. Zach the store manager is a GREAT people person.

Not the store to go to if you care about your time! Upon walking through the door there only 2 customers in front of me and it still took almost 30 minutes just to pay a bill which didnt get paid there, ultimately I had to go to a different store in the next city over to get the simple task done! The only reason why I gave them one star is because you cant do the review without it!! (Bullsh*t store)

We needed a replacement for my sisters phone, which she was only able to use for 2 months. It just stopped charging, we went to this store and Jon, the manager, was able to help us, Great customer service, he knows what hes doing. This store is highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. My phone had a long list of issues. Jon, the manager, along with all the other workers were kind and helpful. This is the only sprint store I will go to, they seem to be the only ones that can ever fix anything. Awesome service !!

The customer service people at this location are really laid back, and very engaging with the customer. I gave them 4 stars because no one is perfect, and mistakes do happen, other than this I would recommend this location to new customers.
