Ive never been out of this store in less than a half hour, and usually 25 of those minutes are me standing in line. How can you have 10 register stations, but never more than 2 open at a time? Is it store policy or something? Ive been in a 10+ person line multiple times, sometimes with only a single register open, only to see 5 different employees walking around the front of the store staring at the line and not even attempting to grab someone who can open another one. Ive never worked anywhere where a line was acceptable, nor have I worked anywhere where you have 8 employees on a shift with only one or two people on register while everyone else "straightens" up the store regardless of the customer situation. What are those people fixing up the store even doing? Its always such a colossal mess that there is no way they are working to fix it, and I doubt that every single customer has complete disregard for the merchandise that they throw it on the floor as they walk by.

Store was cluttered lots of merchandise on the floor. Cashier was on her cell phone on a personal call while trying to ring up customers. There was a line of about seven customers waiting. The other cashier was helping several customers getting balloons. After cashier hung up from call she started talking about the call and using foul language. I will not return to this store.

Your website says open at 9am your store door say 8pm, thanks a lot guys now I have to waste more gas money coming back tomorrow l. While Im at it is like to point out how your store so always messy, you never seem to have people at the registers even with a long ass linew and I brought an item here the other day that was broken by the time I got it home

I thought the store was closing its nasty the manager walks around taking on her cell phone with the speaker on the only good thing was I didnt have to wait in line because No One was in the store. It use to be a very nice dollar tree NOW its a mess and I dont like going in unless I really dont feel like driving to Pittsburgh. Its very poorly managed

Shelves were empty many items getting stocked ! Saw two loafs of bread full of green mold be careful when getting food that has dates on them

It is the worse store I ever visited from customer service to lack of items. Why are they still open? Never again!!!
