Yes, I usually make my rounds to go to Goodwill Industries twice a month. I found this the items they are selling are way overpriced. Actually ridiculous. Just test how expensive things are; I looked at a pyrex cooking bowl priced at $10 and you can get a new one at Target, Walmart at $9.. Please recognize these are donated items. I also noticed a bicyle at price $149.99!! What, when I asked why so high they say its a race bike.... so what--its donated to you for free!! When you dont see a price on an item and you ask any staff, they make up their own price in front of you. Im sorry to say, Goodwill is not like it used to be.

Customer service is good. I never had a problem with them in that area. Their used items are way over priced. Twice I went there & after checking my receit on both time I realized I was over charged. One time by $1 & one time by $2. Its not about the money its about the principal of it. Im starting to think that its a pattern with them.
