Friendly staff! The only store that was helping a foreigner to get connected. I have been to 4 different stores on my way from SFO to Gilroy and only that one managed all things I was in need of. Highly trained and friendly staff!

Rolled into the store at 2:30pm on 2/18/12 with an old iphone 4 to activate. Was out 15 minutes later!! Ashley ( who speaks Mandarin as well) and Brii were fantastic!!
