Dont go to this location, theyre absolutely useless. Go to Walnut Creek it will save time. The workers there have no idea what theyre doing. I came in for a broken phone, told the first rep. "Im here for my broken phone" and showed him what was wrong. He put me on the waitlist to get helped. I waited 40 minutes, and the next sales rep. asked me how he could help me, I told him the same thing, and he told me there was nothing they could do at that store. So they made me wait 40 minutes when they couldve told me that in the beginning? Then they redirected me to the Walnut Creek store, AND GAVE ME AN OLD ADDRESS and an outdated form. So I had to call them and wait another 15 minutes for them to pick up their phone and tell me that the location moved and is at a new address.

Horrible guy standing at the door doing nothing then tells me its gonna be a 45 min wait theres 3 people a head of you im like what are you doing. So stupid. Corp needs to change somthing becquse this is bull
