HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought in my new replacement phone to have them help me get all of my things off my old phone and onto my new phone. The woman, Francisca, told me you have to do it yourself. I explained I didnt know how. She said I had to go home and hook it up to my computer to do it. The last time I got a new phone, I brought it to a T-Mobile store and they walked me through every step, but she acted like I was a bother. There were 2 employees in the store and one other customer so it wasnt like she was too busy to help me. I explained that I drove 30 minutes to get here to get help (the tech support told me that if I went into the store they could walk me through this) and I would appreciate if she could show me how to check if stuff was already saved on my micro SD card. She told me to take it home and load the disk from the new phone and it would do it. She was very dismissive. Eventually she also told me that any issues I was having with the phone was MY FAULT since I wasnt using a data plan. She said I was not using the phone for its intended use so I was causing errors. I explained that I am hard of hearing and I got the phone because it had a full keyboard and I could text. She continued to tell me that because I wasnt using it correctly I would continue to have issues. I asked, "Is there a phone I can get for texting?" she replied with, "Not if you dont intend to use it correctly." So apparently I am in idiot because I dont use the internet on my phone and have no data plan. I AM HARD OF HEARING!!! I use the phone for texting! Not surfing the internet. I have a laptop for that. She basically talked to me for 5 minutes, kept telling me to go home and didnt help me with anything I asked, I was debating switching phones services because I have had so many problems with these Blackberry phones (this is the third one they have replaced in less than 10 months because of manufacturer defect) and this just sealed the deal. I will be switching carriers.

Horrible service. Wanted to try out the new no contract plan, and service was slow, didnt have the device that i wanted, so they sloppily and quickly without explaining details put a plan together, the black guy ( without a name tag.. hmm i wonder why no name tag) didnt know what to do or which papers were for us and for Tmobile. So i went to downtown to get the 2nd device i wanted. In downtown Al is a cool guy who even thought to update the iphone 5 that we got from THIS store so it would support the 4g LTE for Tmobile) When returning the devices (the black guy again) couldnt return the 2nd device which we got at the downtown store. (really? isnt all the info supposed to be universal to any Tmobile store? oh my bad didnt know the "gheto" booth in mall had more clearance than an actual store). The guy also said wed have to call customer service to cancel the plan etc. and when we did the next day, the person on the phone said we have to go to the physical store again(because of their policy) and have them call a certain number from the store to confirm that we returned the devices etc which when i went there again Lily (with a name tag) was able to do and solve. Thanks Lily. and to the other guy: learn how to actually do some work, know how things work at Tmobile and dont be lazy!

Olivia Lopez is the manager here and she is the most disrespectful and fake person I have ever met in a managerial position. She took my phone without asking (twice!), insinuated that the problem with the phone was my fault, held my phone with one hand (while she stabbed a small plastic ziplock with the thin metal stick used for manual reset in the fingers of the hand she held my phone in), showing a complete disregard for my currently unprotected device as the case had been removed, argued with my mother over my phone, refused to give me my phone back until I demanded it back a second time (while she was arguing with my mother), and went off to help other customers without apologizing to me or verifying that she was concluding our interaction. Her fellow employees Mario Velazquez and Lgor, took the time too apologize for her actions and assured me that they would help me as soon as they could. They were both very nice and helpful, and Mario helped me with my problem quickly and professionally. The only thing I am upset about is that their manager is so incompetent in comparison to them, Olivia needs to be re-trained. My review is 4 stars because Mario and Lopez are worth 5 stars, but Olivia is so bad that I would give her a -1 star review.

Do people here do not listen to what you actually are requesting. The reception here is zero. I have come in to T-Mobile on multiple occasions after speaking to somebody on the phone for very long time period when I got into the store I explained what I needed for the third time which was to use my insurance and get a new phone. They prompted me to do work on their computer for them in order to get myself a new phone. I do not work for T-Mobile nor do I wish to work for T-Mobile. I am coming close to an end and frankly and very fed up with this company. I spend over $5,000 a year for T-Mobile and do not feel that I am getting what I paid for.

I went into this store for the first time last night, I just wanting to buy a micro SIM for my new phone and take it home and activate it online. Well Katie was there to help me and talked me into activating my phone right then and there. I thought, fine, at least this way I shouldnt have any problems. Well she was really friendly, and super helpful. She totally hooked me up. I appreciate her great customer service skills and am honestly glad she suggested activating in store, because everything went smoothly.

I went to this place and bought G6. They told me free screen protection, free case and Bluetooth. After all this they are now stating that I have to pay in monthly fees. They should have disclosure this before. I know there are more like me in the same boat. This place is a big rip-off.
