I went to return a lipstick that i bought at my own store i work at and its never been used just opened to look at color and decided i didnt like the color. The cashier has bad attitude and calle the manager rosa saying its store policy that no makeup can be returned. I explained to rosa from one manager to another there is no such policy. She was very sarcastic saying i dont know my policy... i will never shop at this store. Rosa u need to teach your associates to great customers when they enter the damn store , even with a smile goes a long way

This Big Lots is fantastic.... anything but what the other review read !! The employees are always working .. always helpful .Theresa is a wonderful hardworking manager.. all the employees are hard working. ( not theyre fault they are understaffed.) The holiday or seasonal section is the best anywhere. Unique items and Great prices !!! I go every Sunday to see the new goodies...
