I went there already having a prescription for glasses. When I entered the building, no one greeted me. I stood there for a couple seconds shifting my head yet no one helped me. I walked towards a counter where a person appeared to be working. When I got there, he walked off. Okay, maybe he was busy. I just browsed through the frames and would look over occasionally to find someone free. I made it noticeable that I needed help. I was standing there for about 10 minutes until a new customer walks in and they greeted him and asked what he needed! Then they told him to take a seat. I was pissed, I was going to walk out but a lady shouted and said she would help me in a few minutes. She did. I returned later that day to pick up my new glasses. When I entered I didnt expect anyone to greet me and they did. Ill give them another chance, maybe they were just busy earlier. The gentlemen asked me to take a seat at the long tables and said he would help me as soon as hes free. I sat there alone.10 minutes passed and hes still busy. I would spin on my chair for amusement and I saw him looking at me. My friend was checking out frames and asked me to join. I went over to take a peek. While still looking at some frames, a person walks in (also picking up glasses) and they told him to sit at the tables I was at. I didnt want to lose my place so I walked back to my seat. About 15 minutes later, the gentlemen that greeted me earlier, came over and asked who was here first. That other guy immediately said he was. I just mumbled to myself, I didnt want to make a scene. The worker knew I was here first, yet he asked who was.

I have been here a few times for eyeglasses. My previous experiences were ok. They would greet me right away but I had to wait forever for help and when you are getting attended they take forever to submit your prescription. The quality of the glasses, lens, and warranty/replacement (90 days) are awesome. Anyways, this time I decided to make an appointment with the optometrist so I could have my eye exam and glasses in the same place. I made the appointment over the phone. Everything was fine until the day of the appointment. When I got there I was told that there was not appointment under my name. The person then told me dryly that my time was taken and that I have to wait 45 minutes. I would not mind that but the way he talked to me infuriated me. It was like he did not care. He apologized when I complained about the situation but again with the same attitude. He wasnt even looking at me. His attitude was like that is not my problem lady, please move on. I left the place. Right now I am looking for a place that would do both my eye exam and glasses. I would probably have to go back for my glasses if I do not find a place with quality glasses. Oh well, in summary their customer service sucks. If you can tolerate it you can go there. If you want to be treated nicely go somewhere else.

Rude, rude, rude! Add SOON as I walked in, the a male employee closest to the door, watched me walk in, gave me a dirty look, then gave me a generic greeting. I assumed it was because I had purple hair...? Or maybe its because I walked in squinting and adjusting my eyes? Hello! I needed new glasses, Id be surprised if more people didnt enter that way. Either way, it was rude. Aside from that, he was being way too forceful with me. He wouldnt let me browse around without harassing me for my prescription. Bizarre. I didnt even look at the frames yet, dude, let me look! Aside from that, when I made small talk with me, he remarked back in a snooty way as if I was an idiot. Next, I had my boyfriend ask them about a certain lens for me. I wanted to know what it was called. He spoke to a female, who was then rude to him, too! And hes the nicest guy I know! That was the last straw for me. I turned to him and said, "Im not staying. I need to get out of here." We left and I ended up buying my frames online... Without ever once speaking to a rude employee.

I was greeted by a nice employee named Stephen when I arrived. After picking out some frames, Stephen was busy and another employee, Katy helped me order two pairs of new glasses. Katy had difficulty entering my name and other information into their computer b/c she cannot type, she also seemed unfamiliar with their computer system, and glasses in general. She kept interrupting Stephen, who was working with another customer, to ask questions. When I noticed her type my prescription wrong into the computer, I asked if someone else could help me. I was told no. When I returned later to pick up my glasses, the manager told me I was rude and that Katy had cried in the back for 30 minutes after I left. He also took the receipt with the Lenscrafters survey on it out of my hand and tore it up, presumably to avoid a bad survey result. I always look forward to new glasses, and this Lenscrafters sufficiently ruined that experience for me. Go elsewhere.

I have been getting my glasses at lenscrafters for about 8 years now. I go in every 2 years and purchase regular clear lens and prescription sunglasses. On occasion I will purchase a 3rd pair just to have. So I usually spend upward of 800-900+. Well today I walk in wanting to purchase new lenses for all 3 pairs of my prescription glasses and after waiting for about 10 minutes and finally getting help I tell the girl what I want to do and she told me I was unable to get new lenses because I did not have a copy of my prescription. I just had my eyes checked last year so I figured it wouldnt be a problem. And apparently after me getting glasses there for the past 8 years they dont keep your prescription on file, which I thought was absolutely absurd! Needless to say I walked out of there disappointed with old lenses that I was hoping to replace before my trip out of the country.

Very impressed with my overall experience with this store. Very helpful team. They truly work well together. My scheduled appt with off without a hitch but I did have a rather lengthy wait to get both glasses and sunglasses made. Mentioned to the associates working with me something seemed off with both pairs but agreed to "try" them out. Went back the very next day to let them know "trying" them out wasnt going to be doable because I just cant see out of them. They quickly set me up with another exam (with a different Dr) and it was discovered my first prescription was totally too strong. The replaced both sets with the new prescription (within an hour) and never once did I feel like they were annoyed in any way. Very professional! Kudos to Robert, Tim and Eric!!! (and Dr Cochran) YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Only because have to give a star to give a rating By far the worst customer services I have ever experience. Show up early for a 10:00am appointment at 9:40am Im not seen till 10:40am go up to the counter to say something and only then am I seen im sure if I wouldnt of said anything I would probably still be waiting then the girl that does the pretest I have to ask to wipe machine down because they still smell like cigarettes for the patient before me It is now 11:00am an I am still waiting to be seen by a doctor never again will they have my business or my friends and family would not want them to experience what I have experience today.
