Have been using this location to buy Food and supplies for the last year or so. I bought a leather dog collar 2 months ago. The collar had a rivet that was defective and failed, I brought the collar in to exchange for a replacement. When I brought it in I thought no big deal but was surprised to find out that they would not replace the collar. I asked, to be clear that I understood, you will not take and replace this collar and was told that was correct. I assumed there was no point in arguing as 4 other store employees were in ear shoot nodding. Under $20 I guess it was a cheap lesson to learn.

They only carry safe and healthy products. Theyre food can be returned if your pet does not like it. Theyre employees are knowledgeable about their products. They will not only price match to Pet Club but they give me a cheaper price then them or you can buy 3 products and get the 4th free. We have been going there for just over 2 years and wish we can find one when we go out of town.

I love bringing my dog here to bathe him. Hes 85 #, doesnt fit in my shower, wont get into the bathtub with shower, and I cant get down on knees etc. to bathe him outside. This is perfect. Right height to bathe and dry him, he is OK with it and feels so good after....and smells good again....for a week! :-)

They are more of a pet boutique carrying high end pet food products like Orijen and Acana, the Fremont location does has pet grooming and shower inside, staff is good but they keep increasing the prices once they settle down.

This is the only place we buy pet supplies. They are truly dedicated to animal welfare, dont sell live animals, host adoption drives and fundraisers. Staff is well educated about animals and the products they sell.
