This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. Me and some friends went there after dinner looking at there Christian and sports books. We saw legos there and started stacking them. They would not stop staring at us. So they told us to leave the legos which we were find with. They thought we would intimidate the kids. We were fine with that. Then we started walking around an this old man working there would not stop following us and it felt really uncomfortable. They said his job was to stack books but he wasnt doing that when we were playing legos only when we were walking around he was so they say putting books away. It was funny because he was restocking books and just randomly looking at others books around us which was random and obvious he was looking at us. Its kinda crazy where every we were he was there. Then my friend asked him about a book and the old man said idk read it and that was so rude. So we got mad the supervisor called security because she said we were causing disturbance getting mad at him. I do not recommend coming here they dont like teenagers. Its sad that they were scared of us and I really like to read to...

My experience was awful! After dinner me and my friends walked in to look at sports books and check out the new store. As we were checking out the legos they were all staring at us in a weird matter and made us very unconfortable. We left the legos and went looking at books and realize that the old man working there was following us and watching us. We were doing nothing wrong. We thought maybe we were being too loud but one nice employee said that we were fine. The man just kept following us and watching us. It was making us all feel unconfortable like we were doing something wrong. Im not sure if it was because we are teenagers so they think were up to no good. Or if they were profiling my friends. My friend asked the man a question about a book and the man said "i dont know, read it". It was extremely rude! They ended up calling security because my friend told him to lose his attitude. We are never going back until the staff is spoken to. Apparently they DONT welcome teenagers!

Im so disappointed with this store. Upon walking in, instead of the organized, peaceful, academic vibe you expect from a Barns and Noble, it feels like youre walking into a cross between Costco and an outlet store. Its bright, fluorescent lights and to many island displays make it feel unorganized and scattered. It is difficult to find the catagory labels, because the labels are not on end-caps. They are on the length side of the aisles, which, for the most part run straight back from the entrance. Last but not least, upon reading other reviews of this store, it is not the store itself that people enjoy. Its the restaurant. We give 5 stars to a book store because of a restaurant? Bizarre.

This is a really nice store that recently opened (as of the writing of this review). The store itself is very welcoming and bright thanks to all the windows and layout. The sections are all clearly visible from almost anywhere in the store and its fairly easy to find what youre looking for. However, the selection is a little less than a typical Barnes and Noble due to the space taken up by the cafe, but the cafe is a plus in of itself. The staff has always been very welcoming, friendly and helpful and anything they dnt have they would be happy to order for you.

my $18.00 veggie salad, add $4.00 for chicken, was packed to-go... I got back to the office only to find: NO CHICKEN, and the salad portion was probably about 1 or 1.5 cup in size. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but I drove all the way back and returned it (usually I would let it go, but come on!). For a $22.00 salad I would expect a more reasonable portion, not what was served, which was really more of a side salad. Also the server who was expediting to-go orders should have checked it before giving it to the customer. Wont go back there.

Great place for friends to meet up before a movie or just to play a board game and drink a cold beer while you read part of a novel you thought you might like only to find out that you hate that novel with a passion... Super nice atmosphere and a wonderfully helpful staff who always show excellent customer service skills. Based on this alone its worth a 5 star review to me personally, but also i have found that they have a little bit of something to offer for everyone. So check it out and im 100% sure you will find your self glad you did.

The Science Fiction/Fantasy section is miniscule, with no "New," section. They are clearly trying for the "Serano," crowd without really considering us normal mortals. The cafe/restaurant layouts work well for looks and comfort. Restaurant prices are a bit high, cafe prices in line with most of the area coffee shops. My tastes may be a bit more pedestrian than they were looking for, I prefer the Galleria Barnes and Noble

Brand New... I Love B & N anyway, no matter where they are. This location has a great restaurant and a wonderful deli/coffee bar. Being in the Palladio provides you a great time of wandering all of the other shops too. Or go see a movie while you are here! A Regal Cinema and a very cool new Luxe Theater w/ food & drinks in a big comfy recliner! Yes, visit this Barnes & Noble!!!

I wasnt impressed. They went with mostly cement floors which isnt the norm for Barnes and Nobles that I have been in before. It seemed cheaply done. The kids section was less than impressive. It was nice to walk around a bookstore again since a lot of them are going away, but I was hoping for more of the traditional feel of a Barnes and Noble.

This store is bright and open, its easy to find what you are looking for. They dont have a big selection in some areas but still have a few good titles. I dont miss the clutter of the bargain books and toys that you find at other Barnes and Noble stores.

Great atmosphere. Modern (just built, and it feels hip) with a mini restaurant inside. Staff was really helpful and happy to check stock in their back room when they didnt have the magazine issue I was looking for on their shelves.

Ive always enjoyed sticking my nose in a good book, what better place to do that then a Barnes & Noble with many other stores nearby to go exploring in afterwards? What was that? Yeah, didnt think so, cause there isnt any.

It is a coffee shop with a book store, not a book store with a coffee shop. Science fiction/fantasy section is almost nonexistent. There were so many promo tables it made it difficult to walk around.

The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is incredibly sweet. They serve beer, wine, have a full food menu, coffee, live violinists on the weekends, and of course a great selection of books.

A updated take on the Barnes and noble cafe/bookstore model that has a wonderful little cafe and sitting area. However, the actually bookstore is smaller than the average Barnes and noble.
