Ive visited many bookstores throughout Stockton, Lodi, and Sacramento. I must say that this bookstore is the best in the region. There is a vast selection of used books all neatly organized. The staff are very knowledgeable, and are volunteers, which helps keep the prices very low. Most books are $1 to $3 each. They accept book donations, I donate a book every time I visit.

The volunteers are always friendly and helpful. A great place to donate books and find books at an awesome price. Most childrens books are about a dollar. They also sell dvds, video games, audio books, magazines, puzzles, and greeting cards. Only cash or checks are accepted.

May 20, 2016 stopped by to drop off some great books, the response from person at Friends of the Library was rude and disrespectful. Walked out without leaving any more books and took them to Good Will. At least they appreciated the books.

Great place to look for used books. Pros: discounted books, wide selection, old magazines for 35 cents. Used puzzles, DVDs, sheet music too. Cons: you have got to do some searching on your own, but thats not a big deal.

My Moms favorite bookstore has become mine also!!!! Convenient location. Great prices and a pretty good selection!! Definitely recommend this bookstore to anybody.
