I used to go to this Starbucks almost daily since it opened several years ago. It was clean and the people were very nice. Lately, I seldom go because it gone way downhill. Today, I witnessed an older woman (possibly homeless) inside the store with 2 mangy dogs taking up an entire corner. They were filthy and one of the dogs was scratching itself and biting at its skin non stop. It obviously has a flea problem. I went over to complain and another regular customer was already in front of me complaining about the dogs. I am a dog owner. I like dogs. But I DO NOT want to eat and drink at a place where dogs are allowed inside when they are NOT service dogs. Sure, they SAY they are service dogs but we all know what is going on here. Perhaps its time to find another Coffee Shop to frequent.

Bad Move! This store has been located, across the street, in the Raleys shopping center for years with a multitude of ways to access plentiful parking... but no drive-through. This new location is a parking nightmare! I pulled in, turning to the right, but there were no openings and I got stuck with the long drive-through traffic line. I needed to park because I came in to pick up a mobile order and rarely do drive-throughs. I had to wait for an opening in the drive-through traffic so I could back out into the driveway and turn around. The previous store also had a nice shade awning with pleasant outdoor seating but has effectively disenfranchised the regulars who would sit in the shade and enjoy each others company. I dont think Ill be returning to this store.

The one star rating ought to be a zero. First, I absolutely loved what I ordered-a Midnight Mocha Frappuccino. The drink was delicious! Second, the one star rating is due to the customer service I DID NOT receive. I ordered my drink through the Starbucks app. That was a near perfect experience. Conversely,the other end of the transaction was completely flawed. When I walked into the store, no employee welcomed me. While the barista made my drink quickly,the lack of friendliness was disheartening. Finally,the one star rating is deserving because today happens to be my birthday and its been a bad day thus far. I thought a trip to Starbucks would be the magic elixir. Instead I have gotten sicker thanks to the one star customer service I received.

To Samantha: The reason they are out of salt is because it is a seasonal ingredient that is only offered for a month or two in the fall around Halloween. They have been out of sleeves for a week or so now because there is a shortage on this side of the country due to the high volume of sales during the holidays. This led the staff to double cup beverages in place of sleeves so that customers would not burn their hands, which then led to a shortage on certain size cups. The reason you are annoyed is understandable, but perhaps you should consider the employees frustration as well or at least ask why they are out of something, particularly during this time of year when most of the product they put out is SEASONAL.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 3 years every Saturday and Sunday morning. The 3 baristas I enjoy the most are Elizabeth, Michelle, and Deonna. They open you can be assured you get a smile a sarcastic remark which I iniate, and exactly the service you expect. The others not so much. I have seen members of my crowd who look to see who is working and forego going in. For those that complain about not getting a smile......try giving one first they are contagious!!! I have seen instances where people come in and expect to be treated better than they deserve.

As much as I dislike the bitter taste of Starbucks coffee, it’s the closest place to my house, so what is a man to do? This particular Starbucks is really slow getting coffee out, especially in the morning when all people want to do is get their coffee and go to work. My observation, too much BS talk with customers, incompetence, I mean really, there is a line out to the door and you want to stand there and BS about your kids! Yesterday, a customer and one of the baristas got into a verbal altercation; he berated her with insults all the way out the door!

The Barista was talking with her friend the entire time she was making coffee. She didnt announce when she placed coffee on the counter which lead to multiple customers asking what coffee was sitting there. Right by the pick up counter was a ton of stacked boxes which was a bit strange as well. Disappointing compared to the plenty of other Starbucks stores Ive been to.

consistently, the slowest service. 10 minutes or longer. employees talk to each other about their weekend in the middle of making my drink every time. I will drive farther to get the exact same cup of coffee with friendlier & quicker service

Very average Starbucks location. I spent a couple of hours working here. Could have been a one-off, but the staff was a little behind the 8-ball so the store was a little unkempt (condiment bar messy, etc).
