Some of the staff are extremely helpful, but seems most times you need to walk around the store and track down some help. Theres only one register open at a time usually so the line gets stacked. The manager usually gets confused and flustered if helping more than one person at a time, not the most customer service oriented manager I have seen. Know what you want before you walk in, will save you a lot of time getting assistance or paying for your purchase... Make sure to check dates on the beer, especially the IPA. Its not uncommon to see beer produced four months ago, completely ruining its flavor. Surprised they have so many IPAs sitting out at room temp. Go to wine and more in Concord. Much better than bevmo and cheaper prices with knowledgeable staff.

What is there not to love about this place? Wine beer liquor chocolate snack foods cheese and various Meats to go with your wine what is there not to like about this place? Prices are good wines are laid out according to their type Reds whites or even regions. You will drive around the California sprawl looking for the entrance 3 or 4 times but hey thats almost part of the fun

Extremely helpful staff will be able to recommend you a libation easily. A great selection of wine, beer and spirits. Fair prices and even a decent selection of cigars to choose from as well. My only concern is BevMos policy to blindly scan your ID to confirm your birthday completely taking away the cashiers ability to think.

The best selection of alcohol and unusual drinks is at BevMo, has been for years, and this location is no exception. Helpful staff, also. I was looking for something that wasnt on the floor and someone actually retrieved one for me from the back with no trouble at all.

Everything I wanted was either out or misplaced. Staff were horrible and Im not sure if its worth still going to purchase anything at Bevmo. Could be cheaper elsewhere for about the same price.

Its a liquor store!!!! Went for a barolo wine, but they didnt have any (even though the website said they did). Sale vintage dont seem to match the self vintage. Sometimes, it matters.
