Im surprising even myself giving this shop a poor review. This is normally my go to shop for lingerie, massage oil, and high-quality toys. However, I recently had a terrible experience due to poor service. Normally when I go on weekday evenings I see the same two girls (and once a man) who are all very friendly and answer all my questions. But last time I went in the morning there was a different girl ( they dont wear name tags so I didnt get her name but her hair was blue) and she was very rude. She was just doing her makeup when I came in and didnt even say "welcome". Then I had to wait five minutes just to ask a question and when I did she was snappy and rude. Even when she checked me out she was talking on her phone and shorted my change. It was such a bad experience Im torn on whether or not I should go back and give it another try...

Ive been coming in to the Sunrise Kiss-N-Tell for a little over a year now... every time I go, the staff (usually two women working together) are always super nice and friendly, and they always remember me and my friend from prior visits! They are very knowledgeable about all the products, give you free samples, give hygienic advice in regards to lube and cleaning products, and always test devices you are purchasing for defects before you leave to ensure they work as there is no return policy due to the nature of the items sold. No complaints - happy customer and I will keep returning to this location. I prefer it over the Arden location. Great variety and selection of products, no matter what you might be in the market for!

Well what can I say, I love shopping here, very clean, girls are very professional and they know their products. But this last Friday me and my fiance came in and we noticed that one of the girls that was working looked very unprofessional, she had on shorts that showed more then half of a tattoo of some kisses on her butt. Half her ass was hanging out. I mean I know we are in a adult store but come on girls.Not very comfortable to come into a place like this with my husband and the girl helping us is half naked. Not so impressed.

I went to this shop a few days ago, I was not greeted wheni came in. the Clerks never left the counter except once to peek around a corner at my husband and I, as if they thought we were going to steal. Even when I asked for assistance in picking out a toy they had no suggestions, or showed any intrest in helping. It was very disorganized and cluttered and there was a tiny movie area with few big features. I will not be coming back

Simply put, its the sort of adult store that a couple feels comfortable shopping together in. The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful if you ask them- otherwise they leave you alone. The store is also organized such that you have to go through the more innocuous stuff to get to the toys or the video sections, so you only have to go as far into the store as you need/want.

I was in here earlier today, its a great shop. Everything I could imagine and more. Clothing, gifts, a complete toy room, an entire video library with rentals and for sale items. Great atmosphere and friendly people. I will definately be shopping there again soon
