I visit Sacramento regularly for business and had begun to frequent both Suzies locations during my stay. I was so disappointed to discover that they had remodeled the video arcade by eliminated the private booths with doors. I mean, really, do they think customers want to be watched while they watch porn?!! I cant imagine such a setup would be profitable in the least compared with an arcade that provides the customer with privacy. I dont know if it was a business decision or a code enforcement issue, but I hope it doesnt spread to my hometown of Fresno where we have the luxury of about ten private booths.

I had a good experience here at Suzies, staff was attentive and had knowledge of its product. I was surprised when the girl who assisted me had knowledge of male toys as well. I even overhead her speak to some others who were there and she had girl toy knowledge as well. I want to ask her on a date.

not bad, few items i cant find, or hard to find they dont stock, and everytime i try to stop for hybrid silicone/water (black n pink bottle) they are sold out?? or not in stock, or only have the super large size... but still cool place, spent skywards of 1000 this store and auburn... dont ask!! lol

We went early this morning and the customer service was phenomenal they went into great detail about most of the products and also personal experience with them. This is my new favorite store and I definitely plan on going back.!!! GreT 24 hour service too.!

Ive always loved suzies. Its being nearby my home,its easier for me to buy it and be discreet then to order my "naughty packages" online. They also always have what ever Im looking for so Ive yet to complain.
