Fantastic store! Weve been so used to mediocre lingerie stores and cheap toys with no one to talk to about them for years here in town, and we just heard a new store arrived in town. We were surprised to find this store to be so large and full of lots of pretties!! Yay!! The owers themselves greeted us, and they were very helpful both with the outfits, fitting my wife (whos a little picky and difficult to fit), and educating us on several high end toys (and get this - with warrentees and built in batteries) we found to be great for us both (exactly as described when we bought them). Best of all - they offer a local discount of 15% which made them far less expensive then even the dirty stores around town. We had a great experience.

My husband and I have been long term customers of the South Lake Tahoe Teaz N Pleaz location, and we were excited to learn one opened in our neighborhood so we decided to visit this business today. We were pleasantly surprised as we had high expectations for this storefront, and it turned out to be far better then wed expected. The Fair Oaks location is now our most favorite store in Sacramento; it is exceptional in every way: classy, clean, full of great things to make me feel like a lady, and the service rivals what were used to in Tahoe. Well be back with our friends!

Went to buy a corset today had a wonderful experience. Really nice girls, then i got home and noticed a clip missing and seen the whole attachment was gone. I called the store right away just 20 min later and the later told me they wont return or exchange it i should have checked it. :( she was the management and she was horrible at customers service. I will never again spend my money at your store.

The best customer service Ive had in a long while. Staff members are always helpful and seem to know nearly everything about all items. I took my shy friend in to this store whos new to the adult store scene. Not only did she leave with some awesome products, but they helped her crack open her shell a little without feeling uncomfortable. I highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
