I like the Eureka stores new hours. Closing at 9:00 pm is far better than 8:00 pm. Even with the extra hour, I still very often find myself the last customer out the door. The store is what it is. It never will be a Rays or Safeway. It doesnt always have that little niche item you want. But it has more than its fair share of options. Depending on the time of day or which way the wind is blowing, you can find bargains galore. Or not. Sometimes killer deals are super limited disappearing as quickly as they are put out. If you are lucky, youre there to score. Dont expect todays deal to be there when you come back. Truth is, that deal could be gone by the time you have second thoughts. The owners are incredibly friendly. Most of the staff are too. You might get away shoplifting for a short time, but not for long. The staff will aggressively pursue you, to the point of engaging in a foot race if they catch on. Most of the time they win. If they dont catch you, EPD picks the suspect up later. Heads up on the bathroom. Unfortunate events now require getting a token from a cashier to use the bathroom.

i used to do most my shopping here. i am not one to make a fuss, but i bought some guacamole one day for a friend but it tasted sour and old so i return for a refund. the old man who is manager there was mean & rude to me because they dont want to give refunds, apparently. he almost refused to give me my money back but i had to make a bit of an argument. he ended up refunding me but with an unfriendly attitude & made me feel very uncomfortable and like i was being a burden to his business. i understand this business sells things right at their expiration date, but if they dont want to be giving returns to customers they should implement that policy- to buy as is. but this manager needs to be replaced for his bad attitude. i stopped shopping there, better off choosing eureka natural foods or winco if youre on a tight budget

Loyal customer for 20 years (before the new store was built), until i was surrounded by 4 young male employees. The men verbally abused and began touching me. I contacted the manager, but 5 days passed with no response. The manager had not reviewed the video footage or called me. One of my phone calls was awkwardly intercepted by the ringleader of the attack. I went to the store in person to speak with the manager, but was intercepted and insulted by the same man again. I emailed the main corporation and was informed that nothing would be done. The manager eventually returned my call and insulted me. I would not recommend this store for anyone.

I consider a trip to Grocery Outlet a fun adventure. One never knows what they will find. And as a woman told me on my first visit -- "If you like something, get plenty of it -- it probably wont be here when you return." My neighbor across the street said that he and his wife go to Grocery Outlet first and then get whatever else they need at Winco or Safeway. Our store has gotten more and more healthy options - YAY -- and has really good prices on wine. another YAY! Give yourself an adventure!

Many great bargains, be careful though! Certain "deals" only look like a bargain because of price yet based on weight/volume the prices can actually be more expensive. Most of the bacon I buy is less per Oz at Costco and maybe other places, and the Costco bacon is higher quality. I also have been disappointed with the awesome priced wine. Ill pay the Bevmo prices for wine that tastes better. Ive found great deals in produce and hardware, many others as well!

This is always my first stop before I go to the more expensive grocery stores. I usually buy name brands here unless Ive tried a brand before that was good. They have great prices but my favorites are the chicken and fish deals. Check out the frozen dinners isle for some really good Indian curry. (Not Annies) Sometimes items are close to their "sell by" dates so you might want to check. Other than that its a great place! Their organic section is expanding!

Not my favorite store due to poor treatment of employees and some customers. Their personal beliefs should not be allowed to interfere with local business however have gone unchecked for far too long. Lets hope the new owners do things differently. Its unfortunate we have so few choices of grocery stores here now that they get more business than they should even by me over the years.

The Eureka Grocery Outlet is an awesome store to shop at. The store is clean, organized, and has a friendly staff. The Eureka Grocery Outlet is a family owned business, by Mike and Mary Barber, also along with their sons. Great prices, and a good selection. !!!!!

Great place for discounted food. Can find some amazing deals here. The staff was very friendly however I feel as though they really need a few baggers and a bit of upgrades. Other than that the place is great. Thx

When I app here, I pay about a third of the price that I pay at other local stores, and for the same brands. The only trouble is their stock sorts constantly so its a scavenger hunt every time.

Prices are reasonable, but sometimes they spike, like one week something would be one price, the next week it could be higher, whichever way, it is still affordable.
