As others have mentioned, Fox Hills has gotten remodeled and its wonderful... if you can get inside. My husband and I went the first weekend it re-opened and circled around the lot for 30 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. The "traffic directors" were merely baton twirlers that added to the chaos. I went a couple of weeks later and had the same experience. We went again in late November, were able to get a spot in the lot (third time is a charm right?) and had a great night out. BJs is great food, and the inside of the mall is clean and has stores I enjoy shopping at. Its definitely a plus to have Target attached as well. Bathrooms are great too, with plenty of space for changing little ones. All around a great family night out. Our family planned to meet some friends for dinner tonight. Ill give you that it is Monday night before Christmas, but it was INSANE. Lines to park spanned the entire length of the parking structure on all floors. We decided to try valet, which was a complete joke. (Since when did there need to be enough spots to park in valet? LOL!) Ill spare you the details, but the "traffic director" ended up hitting our car twice with his baton because he didnt want us to wait for a spot to open in valet. (Nevermind that while he was playing macho man, spots in the valet had opened!) Hes very lucky we drive a very old car and were mostly just upset that he would have so little class. We asked for his name, which he obviously refused, but we reported him to his manager who told him not to do that again. The parking situation does seem to be a victim of the success of the mall, but I do hope that mall management fixes this problem and instructs their employees in how to treat customers, especially ones who are willing to pay extra for the privilege of easier parking. When this gets fixes, Ill be more than happy to give this 4-5 starts. Until then, it gets 2.

I went to 2 stores and what a difference with services. First I went into build a bear to get a stuff toy for a couple thats expecting a baby, and no one that works there bothered to help me, no assistance what so ever. So I got the store number to report it to there customer service. Right after that I went upstairs to the Vans store and what an opposite difference, seconds after I picked up a shoe I want to try on an employee asked if I needed assistance and right away I was helped. Then another employee helped me with picking the right size and pointing out of how the shoe should contour to my feet, and the cashier also was very helpful, I was very impressed with the help at Vans. The first store I went to is supposed to be a family store for mainly young children and the service was terrible. And yet the second store I went to which has a theme aimed mainly for teens and young adults gave me great customer service and excellent help.

Safety is always an issue in this area of the city. The shopping center has a history from decades ago sometimes having persons of elder abuse which makes a lot of people feel uncomfortable. Parking is very difficult, although one thing I do like is that there is now a Trader Joes and Fish Grill and other new restaurants on the property. It is conveniently located off of the 405 and major streets, but I always check everything out very carefully as my brother was once much here at gunpoint and the police did not want to do much about it since they thought it was bad for business. They sometimes have presence gang tight members on occasion though much less so than in the past. No matter where your at one should always keep an eye on whats going on and follow your gut instinct for safetys sake

Not what I expected, Larkin his very pore and not very safe. The people at the mall are not the best for customer service at that. Overall everything it not what it appears to be from the exterior. This place has a under tone of heighten awareness throughout its walls, what I mean is.... people, shopping here you dont feel wanted, even a smile wont be present as you walk through the entire mall. No one smiles back at you or even acknowledgement of you being there. Its not a pleasant experience at all. I went to Macys and the cinibune and Best Buy, and a few other places and no smile nothing. I wont forget this place one bit. Having said all of this, no was mean but the lack of understanding the shopper is not present here.

One of my most favorite malls. Not your "traditional" three story malls since there are cool walkways that connect floor to floor; so youll walk on a bridge that extends from one end to another with a gradual incline/decline to get from floor to floor. Yes, they have elevators and steps, but its cool to see things flowing across the mall. Their dining terrace is awesome. "Small" in comparison to other large square areas but the long hallway/rectangle definitely fancies me better. Mall to many many many companies in the area so its rustle and bussel most of the time. Has lots of cool eateries like Lucilles and Five Guys Burgers, with a Best Buy and Target connected!

Gostei bastante, está bem localizado, do lado de um shopping. Quarto limpo, grande e toalhas boas. Hotel recentemente reformado. Só não tem lavanderia e o café da manhã é meio caro pra quem come pouco, melhor fazer seu café. Cafeteira e geladeira no quarto. Microondas na loja de conveniência.

I used to be a little scared to go near Fox Hills Mall, but after the amazing new renovation, I absolutely love it here. The new redesign of the food court and rest of the mall makes it a place you can really hang out in. The food court is beautiful and has really high quality food vendors, the Target is huge and the new facelift of the entire mall is amazing. They also have added benefits like a new play area for small children, a super nice family bathroom and cute kid size tables in the food court. The only thing missing is the need for some higher end stores, but other than that i really like this mall.

Nice redo by Westfield, now part of the name - Westfield Fox Hills Mall. The mall is easily accessible and has an excellent variety of stores and products available. A huge customer base for a medium sized mall in a busy, crowded place (serving Westchester with LA airport area, Venice, the Marina and Playa Del Rey beside CC). Beware of the traffic! Four major arteries of high volume traffic surround the center including the infamous 405 Freeway, Sepulveda Blvd, the 90 - Marina Fwy and the beginning of Slauson Av., a major street of LA. providing access east to Baldwin Hills Ladera Heights and Inglewood.

My favorite mall. The stores always have some promotion going on and I can find what I need within this mall. Jcpenny, Macys , Disney, Victoria secret, target, old navy, New York and company, two Sephoras, elf store, UTLA, mac inside Macys and tons more. The food court has some crappy options, the pizza place got me sick once (never had it again and thats never happened before in my entire life). Id recommend trying the kabob place next to panda, the food takes a little bit longer but it is so so so delicious. Very good parking all around the mall and parking is not an issue unless its a holiday season.
