The view and the air. Its so nice to have a beautiful view not monopolized by an expensive restaurant. Im so glad to see Starbucks and Subway sharing the patio. And, its surprisingly easily accessible from LAX by a single bus line out to the end.

Another nice open-air mall, this is complete with an indoor skating rink and a selection of clothiers, food, cinema and theatre. There are many empty stores, however, so one has to wonder how well this mall is doing.
