The shopping experience is minimal at best. They just dont have enough "popular" stores to make one want to visit often. Their popular stores are of a short list and everything else is stored you have never heard of. The plus side is that they have a decent food court that offers some variety but youll find yourself wanting at times for places you cannot find. If you visit the Del Amo Fashion Center there is a great chance you will never come back to Southbay Pavilion. They are just too far behind the times of what modern shopping and dining is all about.

With a lot of parking area available you will not have to drive around looking for a spot to park. There is a fairly new movie theatre inside the mall and various big name stores mostly on each of the far corners. The one thing I didnt enjoy much about this mall is that the shops located inside are mostly small places that dont have much. There also is a good amount of empty or under construction areas and overall i feel like the mall is pretty empty as far as shops. One thing is for sure, is very clean and nice

My husband and I are truck drivers, we parked our BOBTAIL truck in the movie theater lot and walked in to watch a movie, there was nothing worth watching so we came back to our truck to find a citation on the door, it was 9 at night during the week so there was plenty Of spots and NOT1 no truck sign. Guess they dont want a little extra money, we usually spend well over$50 each time we watch A movie and thats not counting what we spend shopping. Shame on the mall, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Love the jcpenny at this mall. Excellent variety of dresses. They just recently added a Cinemark which offers early bird discounts (great during those summer months with the kids and to help desk with the heat). Extremely wide variety of restaurants in the same lot and fast food within and nearby. IKEA and Target are right next door. Plenty of parking front, side and back of mall. Post office can also be found behind the mall near Sears.

This spot is a single level mini mall which has many discount retailers. There is one public restroom in the mall area (other than department store bathrooms) and some coin machine ride-ons for the little ones. If you want a mall with many store options, this is not the place to go. This place and the activities offered definitely dont live up to the image they portray their website.

I get my hair styled in JCP salon, I buy my granddaughters uniforms and other items also in JCP I am able to buy sports apparel there too. I go to the post office in the mall; Shoe Wiz for shoe repairs and the Cinemax for movies and the Mayweather fight. All of this is local and convenient. Yogurtland, Target and the beauty supply store are great places to go locally.

JC Penny is a disaster. Merchandise without price, Men pants were not folded, shirts pants and underpants on the floor, I asked for help and the only employee there was mad and walked away from me. Managers need to walk the salefloor and make sure that everything is clean before they open the doors to customers.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side.

The Farmers Market there is a wonderful experience. I love to hear great music and the DJ at this market is the best Ive heard in a long time. The Coastal DJ of GTS EVENTS DJ bumps the best in Old School, Funk, R&B, Smooth Jazz, Latin Jazz, and Motown. Get ready to dance every Thursday from 12PM-3PM.

WENT TO VISIT A FRIEND THAT OWNS AN ESTABLISHMENT WITHIN MALL, BUT I HATED THE PARKING, WHO WOULD TAKE UP ALL THE HANDICAP PARKING )ON THE WEST SIDE) FOR CONSTRUCTION WHEN THERE WAS A ENTIRE FULL PARKING LOT AJACENT WITH MORE SPACE!?!?....FIVE STARS ONLY BECAUSE OF CARLOS OF MENS LAND & HIS EMPLOYEES!

If you hate malls/big malls, this is the spot for you. Just enough department stores and smaller stores to feel like a mall visit without me getting pissed and tired and walking around lost because I cant find my car (read: Del Amo). Twice I saw large groups doing Zumba inside which was really nice.

This is a poor excuse for a "mall". I live in Carson and Im ashamed of this mall. The only good things are (in descending order): Target, Ikea, Jamba Juice, Hot Dog on a Stick, and the candy store inside that sells fake-cheese nachos. They should tear it all down and build a Costco.

Its getting better. They are constantly adding new stores and restaurants. Glad they finally got a movie theater here, its great for those that live in the area, to not have to go way to Redondo Beach, Torrance, or Lakewood to watch a movie. The newest big store is Forever 21.

I do not like the fact that the Carson Mall will be open on Easter Sunday. I will not shop in those stores that posted a sign that they will open. Easter and Christmas are set aside to celebrate the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

This is a clean, secure mall. Im here a couple times a week at the gym. I never have trouble finding parking. This mall has everything. Clothing shops, footwear, Ikea, plenty of food options, and a post office. Did I mention the movie theater?
