I really liked this store all up until Frank the store manager followed my mom and myself all around the store . He then asked me if we had "seen a purse?" My mother picked up a brand name bag tried it on her arm and left it back in the rack because it wasnt her style. I asked him you mean the bag that she left up in the front? He pretty much accused us of stealing. We told the store clerk what happened and we asked for him to come speak to us since he made my elderly mother feel so uncomfortable. I saw him practically run to the back of the store and didnt want to come out to speak to us. Very unprofessional for him to have done that when we clearly didnt have anything since we had just arrived to the store. Manager needs to be retrained, but the store itself has cute other and beautiful furniture good for the price.

Nice selection and atmosphere. Dressing room attendant very nice, especially since I brought about 25 items in @ one time to try on. Allowed 8 in dressing room. Used return desk this visit as well. Fast, curious staff. Only downside to Ross is that you need to allot quite a bit of time to dig through the racks. Not kid friendly. I had plenty of alone time, so my experience was good.

This store has good variety every period, I havent figured out how often they receive merchandise but when they do, its very good merchandise. Overall its a nice store and the staff is very polite.
